Any chance you could do a video on the ableton push controller and what kind of things can be done with that?

Hey man. I have two questions: 1. How did you connect the d2 to the s5? and 2. Should I go for a s5 and 1(or 2) d2 or rather for one s8?

Hey guys. Even if you can't se this as an instrument you can look at it as an FX unit. That could make it less hard on you. haha

Lee, you heartless salesman! You've cheated on the guitar community! xD

+cMaXeJIJIo You should hear what William Orbit does with an ES-335 and a shit-ton of electronics.

I wonder if this system was contained within a pedal board would it be more acceptable to the guitar community here? Fx pedals and the like are readily accepted but when the technology takes another form other than a guitar application its labelled "gay".

+Michael Morrissey I'ma guitar player & I've always looked at new technology to integrate with my guitar stuff. I don;t want to produce EDM stuff, just 'songs' of the usual rock/blues/pop genres. The reason I came here to look at this video was exactly that. Could it be used in my home studio to complement my DAW & help implement greater integration between analog & digital. Individual outputs is one thing I look for and this comes with only a stereo output. Straight away that means I have to look at engineering some work around if I wanted to use this as a digital mixer of DAW tracks.... I haven't gone deep enough into this gear to understand if it comes in as individual tracks and then somehow can assign tracks individually re- main output.
It would be helpful, if they wanna gain wider appeal of their gear, if non-EDM DJ mix track music was used on this gear. I might have a better chance of understanding it's processing capabilities. Use of dance music with this gear is as annoying as using death metal on high gain guitar amplifiers.
In summary, NO not all guitarists will dismiss this gear but gee you go no way towards any reach out to us with the examples of music played.

good video - shame about the product - anything that needs in depth knowledge of the user manual isn't intuitive. I for one hate products that don't have logical labels above buttons. I don't want to RTFM.

Presenter seems like a dude and knows what he's doing but the script could've been a bit better; What is it.. what does it do.. what would I use it for.. demonstrate the individual features in isolation so I can 'get' them...key questions which weren't answered. Needs a re-shoot tbh.
