1. Use the wrong business address when filing articles of incorporation, such as a home address.
2. Filing as an LLC when you don’t need an LLC.
3. Not using a registered agent
4. File articles and think you are done. (nope)
5. Not writing an operating agreement
6. Thinking your DBA needs to match your LLC name when they don’t (you need to register your DBA + Trademark)

Such great info. I got my finger on the trigger to start my thing. But I took a step back and started educating myself with your content and content alike. I didn't want to talk to legal to find out what's best for me and waist the time on what is a DBA, SLLC, LLC, MM LLC PLLC, C Corp, S Corp ect. I wanted to have a general Idea and go from there. And Im picking up what your laying down
You should make a video on annual fees of an LLC from a sole proprietorship
I have a DBA and basically a side hustle some years x thousand other years 0 want to protect myself with free lance code work but not sure if I'll have to pay $100+ per year just for having a LLC when I have no projects that year and no income not sure what to do

Hello I'm trying to use my Wyoming LLC as the Authorized Signatory on my FL LLC so my name stays off public record but my LLC Vendor says I have to use an actual persons name for this. Any suggestions on how to get around that?
I paid an attorney to set up my LLC later down the line I discovered that my sic code is not correct for real estate Management I asked him to correct it he basically telling me I can do it but that's what I paid him for to make sure everything that was correct nevertheless I have to keep it moving.. how do I do this quickly and efficiently.. if I knew what to do I wouldn't have paid him to do it so any advice I appreciate your time and consideration
