This video is great, the accent is killing me a bit but the info in right from the study guide. Question 1: Opportunity vs Demand. Demand is when a Customer is asking for a service and you make it happen. Opportunity is when you can provide a service to a customer? can you elaborate on the Opportunity please? Explain it with examples like I'm a 5 year old :))

Alternatively, there will be web proctored exams which can be taken from your home or office (room) with webcam ON. -- I recommend a week of preparation i.e. spending at least 2-3 hours /per day
