All this time I played Cuphead and I never knew you get 3 extra HP from just spinning around on the world map...

I think they added it with the new DLC and you only get three wishes until you beat the game on that save file, and it drops your letter grade by one whole letter. (And it doesn’t work on Expert)

@@thecosmiccommodore pretty sure you can do it without the DLC because in the base game if you talk to the wishing well in inkwell isle 2 he will tell you to spin 3 times and it will give you the hp but I didn't know you could do it before he tells you to, so that might be from the DLC but I'm not sure
