      Thanks for watching, the brooch thingy is a locket, another person identified it as a locket and showed me a pic. I’ll be going back to dig more ferrous items, and hoping some non ferrous also😀

Great info, tips, and precautions for snake protection. Great finds as always! We are looking forward to more videos of this permission site, and more kangaroos please! LOL

    That was awesome Brun!!!!!!! That old ruin is so cool, and the scenery is breathtaking!!! I can't imagine seeing kangaroos in the wild like that😳are they ever aggressive? Witchity grub? So cool, thank you ladies 👍👍

    • @brunfree
      @brunfree  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi Mona😀kangaroos aren’t aggressive they hop away. They are lovely and majestic to watch when they hop away as it’s graceful and fast they are inquisitive and sometimes watch from a distance. Whichetty grub is just a slang term Aussies use for a grub moth larvae in the ground that has that appearance.

    Awesome video! That's crazy that you have to wear gators because of the snakes. We are lucky here where I live. There are almost no venomous snakes and you're not likely to see one. Never mind having to worry about tramping on them in your adventures.

    • @brunfree
      @brunfree  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I do see them and they are big, I’m not scared of snakes but spiders freak me out. Sometimes when I dig a hole there’ll be a spider and I’m like super freaked. But it’s not often😀 the gaiters are a huge safety thing, but all the protection is hot and hard to wear on a summers day but better than a bite and hospitals are far away. 😀it’s great adventure fun😀

    Could that chain been used to pull that tree down?! I mean that tree has been laying there for a long time and the chain as well. Maybe it broke off and in the businesses of trying to pull the tree down it was forgotten. Even the end there looks like it was wrapped around with something or even hooked to something.
