- *PLEASE READ FOR VIEWERS WATCHING AS OF FEBRUARY 25, 2018** After having this video up on TH-cam for the past few years, Big Hit got a little mad at me for putting in certain BTS MVs in this video. So, they blocked this video for a little while without me knowing until I noticed it just recently. I know Dope and two more other MVs in this won’t have audio, so please don’t fret about it too much. Again, thanks for any of the new viewers who read this and understand. I just wanted to make sure this video gets back up on the channel for you guys to enjoy. Thanks! From 2018 Chloe :)
Hello, fellow ARMYs or those who just so happen to stumble on this video. Welcome to the third episode of Getting My Friends Into KPOP. As you can tell by the title, I show my Non-KPOP best friend, Makayla, the wonderful Bangtan Boys. Because of the high BTS reaction demand, I decided to show her the boys in hopes of reeling her in to the KPOP world.

I will shortly describe the most common theory. Jin died of a car accident. He basically fell in love with some girl, got rejected, drove drunk (?), and drowned in his car. After that, everyone else died inside. They all needed mental health. V suffered the most (looking at I Need You Original Ver.) Butterfly is the song representing Jin's point of view (so does prologue). The 6 BTS members started breaking rules, living recklessly. Every remaining member is shown almost falling off the edge of death. The last HYYH album shows that they are trying to find themselves, destroying the dark sides. Then the Save Me shows their efforts in needing help escaping their past. Finally, In Young Forever, it shows them escaping from that maze of emotions and darkness. They finally moved on. V was the last to leave since he suffered the most.
So In conclusion. It wasn't BTS that died, it was Jin and Jin himself. This is a description. I could write a whole story about the whole theory.
Did you hear about the explanation that everyone else has after the short films though?

I Need U is probably my favorite song of all time!!! When ever i hear "Fall, Everything" my heart literally jumps and like my stomach turns upside down. And then I start trying to sing along but I smile so much that I can't actually say anything. I love the MV too! Omg i can't not watch it without full on fangirling and getting a bit teary eyed. Omg i can't even!!

Jin is actually the only one who is dead. In Run they marked an "x" on him because he´s gone and in the end of the credits you can see in the polaroid picture that everyone is in the picture but then when Jimin see it he disappears. If you read the lyrics of the song you can´t only take it as romantic lyrics, they could be talking about someone who is dead.
When Suga and Jungkook are fighting the lyrics say "Everyone says it´s over, but I can´t stop" and it´s because Suga can´t recover from Jin´s dead.

BTS has never said what the story is about but in Run it seems like Jin is the only one who is dead because of the reasons I said before. There's also a theory about how the series of HYYH are related to Nirvana. I can't remember what it is about but you can search it in google if you want. For me that theory seems like the most accurate because I think somehow it explains how BTS are now adults and they are saying goodbye to their childhood. They put some simbolisms in the music videos so most of the things represented there aren't literal... I read in a comment what I just said but with more details but I can't remember where T.T
Jin is the only one alive! Watch the last stage of the HYYH ON STAGE concert after V goes up the stairs it is revealed that only Jin lived and he's been hanging with his dead members...

The music video goes in this order: I Need U > Prologue > Run
It's pretty much like a TV episode where you have to watch it in order because they're linked together.
All in all. Jin is the one that died. If you watched the Prologue trailer, there was one scene where Rap Monster took a picture of Suga and Jin. After the credits, Jin takes out the same picture but this time he only sees himself.
Run can be seen as their way of lashing out after Jin's death. You can see Rap Monster/V vandalizing. Jungkook and Suga getting drunk and breaking stuff. And all of the members yelling and throwing stuff at cars.
It's pretty cool to see that the artist/company don't reveal the story behind these music videos. It allows fans to have their own interpretations on what's the videos is about.

no one died. Jin is about to die and this is why the members are sad and jk, jimin, suga & jhope thinks about suicide. J-Hope ate a lot of pills but he didn't die.
RUN:
Jin died and all the members try to overplay his dead. Only JK wants to accept it and he tried to explain it to suga (thats why they fighted)

Disagree. There's too much evidence against that and really Jin being the only one alive makes a lot more sense. Especially when you need to factor in Prologue!

But there are some theories that Jin is the only one that is alive. Not saying which one I think is more plausible, but these are all theories so there are many possibilities

Mikes Park Thatis just a theory, but Bts' message is that when they aren't together, they are nothing, just in darkness. They really care about each other. We can't be sure that it is true, because BTS never confirmed it, so we can't say that it's right because we don't know that.

Actually Jin is the only one dead.....at first i also read many theories telling all r dead only jin is alive than i saw a video on youtube saying jin is dead explaining all the three videos i need you the prologue and run...n it actually made sense....coz when i believed the other theory where jin is only alive i got confused when jimin was seeing the pic n jin was the only member who was not der in the pic....if jin was alive it should hav been the other way round...than i came acros the video which said jin is the only one dead...n it all made sense.....the video has many proofs of it....even the promotional pictures of the album which wer released showed all happy n only jin sad...n him taking the red pills which symbolizes dreaming bout different world or something.....ull showed check it out...the video is called BTS theory :jin is dead ..n its uploaded by steven deng KPOP...n wen u said jin is the one driving actually wen u see closely wen all of them jump in the cars back only 5 members r der n rap mon is driving coz jin is supposed to be dead....

I thought everyone was alive BUT Jin. When they crossed him out that symbolises that he's gone, out of their lives. In the Japanese version of I Need U the last scene is Jin sitting on a bed then a butterfly flies away in the light, that means Jin has gone to heaven. In the car scene, Jin was driving but when they escaped on the back there was only 5 members there. Namjoon was driving. also, I think they couldn't handle Jin's death so they started wrecking things. In the original version, Suga and Jungkook start fighting. Jungkook started accepting Jin's death and tried to convince Suga to let Jin's death go, but Suga just couldn't. there's a lot more things but yh,I dunno. It could mean anything.
