This is amazing work. I began a house construction last year July. And your videos have been really helpful, very insightful, detail in what to expect next being that i am not currently in +254

In Kenya, buildings are built with stone walls instead of brick walls, right? Thanks

Hello there. Thank you for your question. You can either use stones or bricks, depending on your budget and maybe the kind of structure.

    👏🏾Beautiful!
    Nice channel.
I wonder where l have been. Consider me part of the team.
A question if you don't mind,
    What's your beautiful plot size?
    This is beautiful.

Hey lyn thanks so much. Consider yourself part of the team because you are here already 🙂.
These are 3 plots, each (40 by 60). But the house sits on 2 plots .

      So nice.
I asked you because l always think l need a bigger plot to build a home.
      What's your opinion on 50 by 100? 15M by 30M.
Can someone build a bungalow on that piece of plot & still have a kitchen garden & DSQ & Gazebo?
      Any Advice would be appreciated.
      Thanks

Are you going to use the same tiles throughout

Most likely, but we have not decided yet.

Before you started the project did the builder give you an estimated time of how long it would take to complete?

    • @mamou_nyadolo
      @mamou_nyadolo  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

Not really. It depends on the amount of resources you have to start and implement the project

@@mamou_nyadolo I know this sounds a specific but what is meant by resouces. Just to make sure I understand, I am not from Kenya.

@@christiemays what I mean is that it depends on the amount of capital (money) you put aside for the project. If it is readily available, you can finish a project as fast as you can. The reverse is also true.
