I use to own a 2013 FRS with full Tomei bolt ons, headers, mid pipe, catback. I miss my 86. It’s the one car that modified a lot. I put Stance XR1 coilovers, I put a Mishimoto true cold air intake with the larger Mishimoto silicone induction hose, I threw in a clutch with a forged clutch fork and pivot. I did so much to that car man. I currently own a 370z fbo with kansei wheels and a Tomei as well and a 1990 300zx. I almost want to sell my 370z for the new 86 because it’s everything I wanted in the FRS but better. I know the 370z makes so much power and so on but I’ve always been a true 86 driver at heart. Love these cars man!
Looks the best too. The tips are nice and the design is sick too. Definitely going with this exhaust. I just hope they update it for gen2 and make another full titanium version 🙏🏼
You're right about the sound! This even beats out the HKS dual exit. Looks like it sits low (the 2 rear mufflers) even for stock height. On other BRZ's i noticed the same thing with this set up.
I wasn't sure what to expect, but it sure does sound good! I'm weary of how loud it will be if some of the cats were to find their forever home, elsewhere.

The bolt on the bottom of the tips is so you can slide the tip in or out under the bumper. For some reason the US cars have the tips way too deep under the car. You can fix that with the bolt.

Do you think it's a still good idea to go uel headers for a nice aggressive subie rumble or could things be a lil diff on our 2022's. I really appreciate your channel! I didn't do much to my 2017, but i really want to do a supercharger build on my 2022
@@CarsOverPeople personally am happy with it..i ran a JDL uel turbo kit, Tomei OP and a JDL dual resonated FP. No doubt there are cheaper options out there but i had no regrets. The wait was 3 months though. I ordered directly from Japan.

Like the sound outside. How much more sound on the inside? If you get a chance on one of your videos, let's hear what it did to the inside of the car. A comparison would be great! Have one just like yours and wanting to change the exhaust. What concerns me is I do a lot of highway miles and the car is so noisy inside. I did disconnect that grading, goofy engine sound they were piping in. Wondering if the road noise is more associated with the tires than the car itself?
Depends what you want bro if you like the 86 platform they are fun and new mods are coming out plus the tuning potential on this thing might be good so I would, I’m thinking bout trading my 1st gen for one of these

Trd with some jdl headers will also sound very nice and not raspy at all, just another combo to check out

i dont have the part number but the 2013+ catbacks are all the same. They fit onto the gen 2
