His cute little smile when he said he stopped the scientists from mining the vibranium near Talokan, knowing good and well that he and his soldiers actually tranced them and slaughtered them like helpless pigs is as terrifying as it is strangely adorable.
Serial killers have their groupies. Guess Namor found one in you.
Them making Namor a Mayan descendant is, perhaps, the best retcon of a character.
Fuck you I'm Mexican American and not even a marvel but this is drastic awful change from the comics thanks to fucking universal also has the rights to namor MS can't make accurate yet they could've not pick aztec bullshit makes no sense for namor why not do Roman inspiration instead of greek he's an anti hero after all or Mesopotamian culture we need more of that
@@jamessoto7652Ahuevo. Though, I don't know how else they could've introduced Namor, since I don't know how his copyright works. Maybe they should've used an actual Black Panther Villain instead. Reverend Achebe, White Wolf, hell, even Baron Zemo would've been cool to see again.
@@megaultradamn I don't know weather any of T'challa's rouges can top killmonger as bigger sequel villain namor is big scaled antagonist cuz he's a king with an army and physical fighter wait you think maybe smart villain can work rather a fighter like joker like guy from 90s run kinda interesting I think there is concept art of dr doom I'm not sure
@@jamessoto7652 Any rogue can work if the writers try hard enough (and have the character wiki open in another tab). Namor is complicated due to Universal Studios' hold on his lore. To avoid complications, they should've used another villain.
@@megaultradamn well I guess right if written good mcu villains gotten much worse compare to last 3 phases like flag smasher they manage to make us sympathize with u.s agent then that little shit
i completely fell for Namor!
Me too.
ME TOO
So did that helicopter!
I'll go get drowned now...
Me too
SAME 😂
I'm a Latino guy. Was rooting for Namor. This was a great movie. He wasn't the bad guy he was fighting for his people. He was unbalanced. They both were. There are real threats in this world. Do not pray for an easy life. Pray to be stronger.
The cause doesn't determine whether a person is good or bad. It's their actions. Saving your people is fine, but not at the expense of other's lives. By your logic, Hitler, Mao Zedong, and other killers did nothing wrong.
why cast this guy ? he is short and has a dad bod. surely there are plenty of jacked latin actors??
@@spiderjumpstill did it better than you and this isn’t for your pleasure go watch your love-fairytales
Namor should have his own movie
would prob be better then the 100th avenger movie
He should have been the perfect rival of T Challa
Sadly, we can't see that fight to happen
@@ridermanyt8029unless namor dies
Maybe T’challa jr.
@@karanbansal9320 I mean I’d choose shuri over some RANDOM ASS DUDE PLAYING BLACK PANTHER. You sound like someone that loves recast. Hope you enjoyed the new batwoman and the next captain America 🤡😂🤡
@@ridermanyt8029 couldn’t they use a deepfake for Chadwick BOSEMAN 😢
Namor is the first true mutant to appear in MCU, fittingly since his comic book counterpart was also one of the first mutants to appear in Marvel's publication history.
Namor has the distinction of being the final main antagonist in a Phase Four film.
Namor is additionally the third MCU main antagonist of Phase 4 to kill a family member of the main character after Dreykov and the Green Goblin.
Namor was actually the 1st Mutant in Marvel Comics, but not the 1st in chronological order of Canon
@@nips2good4u80 by Canon you mean mcu or comics or Apocalypse?
Namor was not the first mutant in comic books. When he was introduced in 1939 he was simply a "sub-mariner", later revealed to be from the lost city of Atlantis. He wouldn't be revealed to be a mutant until much much later. If you look at it with today's eyes, yes, he's the first mutant character in Marvel's publication history, but that's still a retcon, so in my opinion it shouldn't count. The first time mutants are ever introduced as mutants in comic books is with the first issue of X-Men in the 60s.
There were characters described as mutants before the X-men. There were a few on them in the 1950’s when Marvel was called Atlas Comics. The most significant pre-X-Men mutant published under the name Marvel Comics was in 1962. He was called a mutant and everything. The characters name was Tad Carter. His father was exposed to atomic bomb radiation, and that was the catalyst for his later mutant powers that kicked at the age of 12. He was a telepath telekinetic. The character even appeared in an X-Men comic a few years later. ✌️
Wow I never thought the blob would be the first mutant daybed in the mcu LOL
HES GORGEOUS AHHHH
My favourite MCU character so far
His face when the wakandan ashy technology starts to dry him out is priceless 🤣 🤣
Ashy technology help😂
Namor representing and put in us Mexicans on the map!!!!😎😎
Us browns ones. We are the native indigenous brown people who were here when the tall white Spaniards came.
Feathers not sombreros and trumpets
Pretty sure Zorro already did that.
@@grizzlymelon8376 actually Mexico is made of 2 races. The left over Spaniards who are tall, harry and light skinned (who usually try not to have kids with the second because the kids will come out dark) and then there's the short browns who are left over Mayans and natives.
Did you watch the movie? It shows white looking Spaniards whipping short brown Mayan natives.
Google Mexican presidents. They are white men of Spaniard decent.
Namor represents a pushed aside part of the Mexican population. Sad part is a lot of brown people (color of namors mom) don't even know it and will look down on me for not speaking Spanish when that's the conquerors language.
@@leevega9235 Actually Spanish men back than weren’t any taller than the Aztecs and Mayans…conquistadors averaged 5’4 as did the Aztecs and Mayans too. But it’s said the Aztecs actually averaged a good 5’6 which was a decent height for that time. Sadly they began their civilization too late and were out performed by gun powder and steal armor.
@@leevega9235 @humbertomartinez9045 actually no one cares
0:06 The music in this part actually uses a series of strange sounds thatû were recorded deep down in the Marianas Trench that nobody knows what they are, what made them. They’re creepy and amazing at the same time. Building a music track around it is super clever and cool.
Amazing Namor 🔥🔥
Blob fish namor lol
Loved this film a lot as Namor represented the maya culture and due to my love for prehispanic stories since my childhood so mixing these with Marvel stories really made me happy.
I wonder how much screen time Namor had in this movie. Im too lazy to find out. Also how were you able to upload this? I tried uploading tons of BPWF clips and my vids are taken down for copyright
'El cartel me llama Kukulkan. Pero el DEA me llama Ramón.'

Me gusta bastante ver a Namor nadar.
"You are queen now"
0:07 😍
So Black Panther lost or would have lost to Namor if he could get to water. She was out matched.
He is a mutant, she is a superhuman.
Namor is my favorite character
Namor > Black Panther
The green crayon they shoved between beak was an unnecessary eye sore.
Namor was as much in plan of og draft of BP2 as was Killmonger cameo
Namor is not somebody you want to pick a fight with that guy is Aquaman and Oceanmaster combined into a deadly mix.
Erik Killmonger is Vengeful Usurper & Namor is Misanthropic Warlord coutesy of Villains wiki
It's unbelievable that he only appears for few minutes throughout the entrie movie. But he's even more memorable than Shuri. 🤮 🤣
Namor 👌👌👌💥💥🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩👌👌👌👌
6:15 dam he looks just like james from Queen of The South.
Finally someone to break wakandas arrogance
This was the last good marvel movie
This movie was absolutely garbage
Your bar is so incredibly low for marvel movies if that's true. This movie was awful.
He was so Fricking Cool
Keeping the Spanish black legend alive and well...
The Black Legend and the White Legend are both inevitably counterproductive.
Spain did horrid shit. The other Europeans did horrid shit. The Mayans did horrid shit. The Aztecs did horrid shit. The African slave-states did horrid shit. The USA did horrid shit.
But that doesn't mean we should discredit the horrid realities of those who suffered.
@@adrianopandolfo I agree
Of this video missing a lot Namor scenes ! Where is young Namor scenes?

Can you jump cut AFTER he’s done talking, ffs I don’t have a clue what he’s talking about rn
Everyone has forgotten You King.
No we haven't
Why do Shuri and her mom pronounce his name Nay-more when he told them it was nah-more
Remeber these r 2 different nations so their accents cause them to say words differently
Upon reading the name yes, but he told them how it’s pronounced lol 😊
@@monstal91 even after he told them they still called him nay more lol
Bro that’s what I’m saying. It’s petty but I too can’t get over it 😂
Same reason why some people say "Ol" instead of "Al"
Too dark, can't see the movie for what it is.... I hate that when movies do this...
2:37
The movie was 2 hours and 45 minutes and he was only on screen for less than 7 total minutes??
How's Namor portrayed in the MCU? Is he as bad as Klaw and Killmonger for ending the life of Queen_Ramonda or is an antihero who's trying to protect the people of Talokan by any means?
Antihero that will protect his people by any means
Erik Killmonger is Vengeful Usurper & Namor is Misanthropic Warlord
Killmonger and Klaw both shit on No more 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Would people living underwater have there noses evolve away
Namor is good but they messed up his story
main antagonist and only 6 minutes?
I feel like Namor should have more screentime instead
What do you think Namor would be like if Shuri threw him into a Volcano 🌋💥 just like how Killmonger threw T'Challa into the waterfall?
Mbaku: *"Fried fishman!"*
He can fly.
They should have let Namor be what he is in Marvel Universe.......
Namor was one of my favorite characters in Marvel Universe. This movie just ruined it....
MCU sucks.........
Llora pues 😅
Prince Namor was the answer to DC's pretty boy Aquaman, and so much better too -- the Riddick of the sea.
When exactly did the Submariner descend from Aztecs and Spaniards again?
MCU Namor is Mayan, he is not Aztec or Spaniard.
@@wapson2176The actor is indeed mestizo tho
Namor was made first Aquaman is the copycat
The colonization of México didn't was like this. Make a native slave was ilegal by the spanish Kingdom at that time. Of course there were slaverists, like Colon and his son and brother, but they were punished by the spanish laws. The spanish colonization wasn't like the yankee's. And in this movie it seems like that was "normal", no sir, that was ILEGAL.
What the hell are you talking about? The indigenous population was enslaved by spanish conquerors, same with african population. Maybe it was illegal but in the end that do not stop them
@@azafraeldniester Are U mexican??
Im so glad those laws saved the 90% of all natives in existence who were killed across 2 continents. At least they punished 3 white guys.

@@The053199You mean like when the brits actually weaponized smallpox on purpose and commited genocide?
short guy with a dad bod ...LOL
terrible casting
he is a decent enough actor but a comic book movie character must first and foremost look the part.
1.80 de altura es bastante decente y su cuerpo de nadador es el que le pidieron.
Además a muchas nos gusta 😊 a tí no? Pues suficientes personajes inyectados y deshidratados hay para tí en el cine 😁
@@Invierno-os5ui agreed. The casting was flawless
Absolute garbage. Thats supposed to be sub mariner ?
I dont like namors mexican type stereotype on the movie. In comics he dont have this funny mustache at all. Marvel is being like netflix day by day, changing the universe contuniously. Its the same thing what they did to hobbit with adding black elves.
Exactly. I say things like that everytime.
Its a mustache. Its just a smal stylistic choice. Its not like the sky will turn purple because "Ooh the fish man has a mustache!". C'mon there are better things to criticize a piece of facial hair.
Also hes Mayan not Mexican. Or Aztec as some people keep saying but he is definitely not Mexican.
