      My friend, I am following Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Garu and Dr.Sarala Madam from past five years.
      I stopped eating Rice Wheat Maida Corn Soya Oats GMOs Milk Tea Coffee Sugar Jaggery Honey Dry Fruits Processed Foods Eggs and Non Vegetarian foods.
      I am eating only five positive millets and occasionally I am also eating Jwar Ragi Bajra and Proso Millets.
      I have no bad side effects. I have only positive and healthy effects.
      Millet is the food for healthy people also .
      For quick results stop eating other foods completely otherwise gradually stop eating Rice Wheat Maida etc. Eat one meal with millets and gradually increase millets to two meals day .
      Wheat , Maida and MILK causes Thyroid problems. Millets are very good for Thyroid.
      Strictly eat the five positive millets two to three days each for 120 days . Then you yourself can decide what's FOOD and what's TOXINS.
