I've heard great things about this place but after watching your video the way they had the meats just laying around and not kept warm was discouraging. 😪
David Garcia The meats are kept warm, the warmer is right behind cutter. Because of editing you didn’t see the guy right before that ordered so that’s why they had the meat out.

Texas BBQ is getting played out and over saturated. Everyone who's mama told them they make good BBQ has a "Craft BBQ" joint now and the novelty of it has worn off. Theres new joints popping up weekly. Some of the new ones are terrible and have no business in the business. Lillians who is in line with you, was terrible. 2nd worst on my list right above Blood Bros in Houston who wins for all time worst. 2M on the other hand, is one of the all time greats. He does not sell crap like these new guys.
