I thought I was gonna miss CCK in palatine or green street when I moved but thankfully found TX BBQ in Springfield,IL and they do Dino Ribs on the weekend and omg they are better than CCK and Green Street. It’s a tiny place run by a guy who went to school in Houston and it shows cause all their meat needs no sauce.
