    Helps to recognize that I’m constantly disappointed at the results I’m not seeing from the practice I haven’t put in…

    Great tip about having the clutch engagement close to the bar. Mine is too far out so will try that next time. Cheers

    no one ever explains how to balance left to right. finding vertical balance point is easy but keeping the bike from tipping left or right always gets me

      Not a soul. Never. And ask it in the comments and it’s like you’re speaking a different language

      I’m no pro at wheelies but I’m ok on a moto and it’s hard to explain but you got to use your hips and knees to make constant adjustments to keep you balanced. If you can balance a bike at a stand still it’s very similar

    That little bit about using your upper body and steering to stop the bike falling left or right is kind of important. Can you go into detail on this? I think this is the part most unexplained. Throttle and brake are super obvious by comparison.

      It’s more or less trying to counterbalance the bike to keep it straight. You will have to react depending which way you feel the bikes falling

      @@timmycoolman56 so for example if your bike start falling on the left should you move you wheight on the right side of the seat to counterbalance or on the left side of the seat so the bike stay straight? and should you steer left or right?

    I am doing the stand up wheelie, most of the times in the air, I open up the throutel, and then quickly press the clutch, what can I do to avoid it?

    • @timmycoolman56
      @timmycoolman56  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Maybe try keep a finger on the front brake so it acts a restricted or try adjusting your throttle hand position, nothing wrong with a good loop out every now and then 😂
