I have built three exhausts in the past 5 years, and only used vibrant components! 04 Honda insight with a D16 turbo, 1998 honda crv NA, and a 22 Ford Maverick that's been decently modified. All sound amazing!
I got a wagovan as a beater last year and have completely fallen in love with it. There's just something special about that era of hondas that's hard to explain until you drive one.
I have been in love with all Hondas since I was 16 and I'm 40 now. My last build was an Electron Blue Pearl 709 whp LSVTEC turbo EK coupe, but I have also owned an EG sedan that I swapped a D15B VTEC into, a 1989 CRX DX that I also swapped a D15B VTEC into (and swapped it from auto to manual as well as OBD-0 to OBD-1 with a P28 ECU), my first Honda was a 1992 Acura Integra GS that I pieced together a junkyard turbo kit for and made 257 whp at 12 psi. I have owned 76 cars in my lifetime, and I have ALWAYS wanted to get another DA9 Integra like my first Honda, but I live near Pittsburgh and it's impossible to find one in good shape. I would put JDM Stanley headlights on it (like my 92 had), I would turbocharge the B18A2, put a short geared LSD trans in it, make sure it has power steering and cold AC, paint it Tahitian Green with Pearl (BG28P) and it would be my daily.
Vibrant has always been my favorite exhaust had one in my 01 focus zx3 but what cemented it was a hybrid system I had on my 93 eg civic hatch with a b16swap and jdm 4-1 header, best honda sound ever.
Its too bad it had probs starting, it was a work of art , i want nascar boom tubes on my 2.5 jetta you can do that if you want your good, my 2000 civic had pipes out the side behind the doors, both sides, it sounded like a plane with 2 props (b20b) try that, ill help come scoop me up.
To be honest, I agree that the dual tip exhaust exit was way better, but the square tip doesn’t look that bad. It definitely fits the boxy style of the car 😆

Proper fitting dual tips look so right on ee/ef/da/db chassis!
I know right, Perfect for the chassis/era!
The older I get, the more I want an EF

The lawn mower sound🤣🤣🤣🤣
Beautiful! Can you guys put a link for me to purchase the nested bend? My customer just dropped off his ef wanting this exact setup.🙌🏾🙏🏽
3" and 5" CLR for the tips and just 3" CLR exiting the muffler.

Be nice if you put part numbers in the video description for others wanting to recreate the system.

Didn't look horrible but the quality of the old exhaust was!

minecraft exhaust is crazy
I bought a Walmart exhaust, about to buy the matching Walmart headers
How much? I'm thinking about getting a revel medallion. It will be the third exhaust I've done having owned my ef for 23 years.
That is a nice custom full exhaust
Those Bearway Tires Tho!
Best tires on the market!
Hey which muffler was used, can u provide model number please?
What’s up Mike Miller? 😂😂😂
No before or after sound clips??😑
Speed academy was planning on swapping out the engine (original engine had starting problems as well). Sound clips can be found on their channel!
We did not get to hear it? ......come on
The engine had a problem when trying to start it! Plus it was the wrong engine anyways. Check out Speed Academy's latest videos.
Kill me but it needs exhaust tips imo. The rest is almost too good for the car lol
That is not a ideal spot to put a res or muffler on any civic 🤦🏻♂️
You know what they say... The best spot is no spot
