You hit the nail on the head!!! I was out exploring near the canal and found some of my old fish pens!!! I’ll show on another video. We’re so happy!!!!
When I was growing up in rural kerala; i used to visit my moms dads 3..4..acre plot, it had three ponds..one for drinking;cooking water..one for bathing and irrigation.and last one on the farthest corner for soaking coconut husks for making coir and coconut leaves for thatching my moms adobe house.The deeper pond used for bathing and with a motor house for pumping was teeming with snake heads; cat fishes; and i dont know the english name for that fish, i now think that is a kind of cichlid.It was a nice life.That area of coastal kerala is just like the plot in this video minus those palm trees.It had coconut and arecanut palms.The plot is not our familiy's now.I am 40; and i miss my childhood. The fact that my kids are growing up without touching soil is heartaching.We own just 20 cents of houseplot .It's a blessing that this beautiful family is showing these wonderful things.Congratts on the house construction..By the way the small indian variety of snakehead when fried or curried in coconut milk is a real treat..Love from kerala..

You always mention what a blessing we all are to you and your family and how deer meat for dinner has changed your life. So I thought a quick mention of how much of a blessing you and yours are a blessing to us as well. We have a new foster child who had the chance to go fishing with a church group, I of course said " if you catch anything bring home a few fish and we will cook them" so when the kids show up with 6 catfish 4 crappie and 3 bass all nice fish I thank God for your channel and all I have learned about processing game and fish from you. Then I smile and say let me teach you how to clean these fish so we can have a cookout with our neighbors and I actually look like I know what I am doing while cleaning 13 fish. Now our bonus child has learned how to treat and animal you kill and how to process fish for the table and I got to look like the cool dad. Thank you what a lesson and opportunity all rolled into a fishing trip and dirty garage.
Hey Rob just an idea but is there anyway you could take some of that wood from the trees that you needed to take down for the house and build the girls A bench. Or even a coffee table for yourself in the house. Just an idea.
Actually I was thinking about beams in their house with that wood or maybe that's not the right type of wood, that was an awesome video dude do you have a second child?

Finished building my dream home in Wisconsin 2 years ago. Always something to build afterwards to make it "shine". We love our 3 acres and a little bit of paradise. Glad I'm done though...... lots of work and I did most of it myself. God bless.

Every spare moment I had, I was out their "inspecting" their progress with my wife. Sixteen years later, there are few places I'd rather be on a given day. My wife and I moved 1,000+ miles away from our families to find adventure. Our first child (son) was just born 2 months ago and we have decided to move back to our hometown. It’s amazing how important family is when it comes to children. You’re two daughters are truly blessed to have family so close now. Your family deserves nothing but good fortune!

It look like a nice canal be careful of the water moccasins possibly rattlesnake you need to go ahead and clear you a nice path so you can see what's on the bank and path dig you some steps going down maybe build you a little Landing down there. Congrats on starting your new home from the Vardzik family here in North East Pennsylvania we just recently became fans of your channel and what an awesome job y'all do as the matter of fact I just received my first order of everglades seasoning bundle pack and had to try them out right away so I whipped up some quick fresh cheeseburgers and used the cactus dust and everglades heat and wow it's amazing Going to be trying out the chicken and fish tonight for dinner I have a chicken half roasting off right now seasoned with the chicken and fish that I'm going to be making some chicken noodle soup and also excited because last night I ordered the deer meat for dinner chef knife from silver stag and it can't get here soon enough lol God bless y'all and thanks for all the awesome videos my family and I watch them everyday
