Alito knows racism exists. He is saying racism doesn’t exist.
You find quite a lot of racists start their statements with "I'm not racist but..." and then make some disparaging remark about a certain race. It is because they actually believe that other races are inferior in some way. So to them that is not prejudice, it is just reality. So they don't accept that when institutions are being racist that it is racism. For instance, if a university has a small number of black students, they just believe that is because blacks are, on average, less intelligent.
I don't agree with that viewpoint in the slightest, I'm just explaining why racists often won't accept that themselves or others are racist.

@@neekos3084 He told me there were a lot of people there. He works for a warehouse and almost his entire company went. Many of them are Puerto Ricans and Dominicans. For the first time they will be voting for Trump. I told him Trump is using them and he is a racist but he doesn't seem to care at all. However I'm voting for Cornell West though.

Spanish churches in the Bronx and Brooklyn tripped in attendances. These Spanish churches are swaying their congregations to engage in politics and vote conservatism. This is very scary.

To deny college degrees is to levy fines equal to cost of living, books, tuition, and interest accrued to date on student loans, multiplied by each year attended;
Plus,
"stealing" the years of each life that were dedicated to studies is comparable to a jail term;
Plus,
paying student loans without the benefit of the career degree earned will expose indebted students to loan interest, collection fees + fines, and low credit ratings (possibly not even qualifying to rent apartments, no less get car loans &/or home loans)!
