Thanks, and Yes, the weather station is new! I did a product review on it over at at www.raisedbedgardentools.com/product-review-ambient-best-home-weather-statio/. It's a great backyard weather system that I got for Christmas. Check it out!
so what did i miss??? how does the site know my garden address???...I havent seen the bug, but other subscribers have seen and reported....How does the site know what area im located???
Sandra, that is a very good question!!!! My assumption is that the only way they could or would know your location would be the first time you submit a location. I am getting in touch with the Big Bug Hunt and will post their answer when they respond.
Squash Vine borers and leaf-footed bugs for me, with a few cucumber beetles thrown in. Aphids as well but usually don't tear the plants up too bad. Hang in there and let's harvest what we can as soon as we can in the Spring. This weekend I sowed some squash out in the garden to give it as much of a jump start as I can. You may want to do the same.
Good info thank you for sharing
You bet! The Big Bug Hunt might do some good for somebody!
Thanks for the info. Also noticed the weather station. Is that new?
