You guys are psychic. I go onto youtube to see if you have videos on neck pain and literally on my home page, recommended to me.

    Excellent exercise, helped a lot!
Strengthen front neck flexors for 10 seconds, repeat 5x:
Push tongue to roof of mouth, stiffen front of neck, take fist & gently push up under chin.
"No pain, no gain is not the philosophy," stop if there is pain.
    Ps - Bob & Brad cannot fix a 💔💔!

Is there or can there be a video made of exercises for someone with degenerative disc disease, sciatic pain, and very bad shoulders? I know it sounds like a lot, and for the body it is. I'm more than sure surgery is needed, but anything before that option would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. While doing this I felt the pain in the back of my neck on the right side. Now it feels much better thank you. But my left shoulder pain has triggered. But I will keep going.

Woooo hooooo! And now we’ve come full circle! I started trying to rehab by watching Bob and Brad, ended up seeing Stu for an assessment and now he’s coming to see you! Stu has a better brand logo, but your intro is classic.

Thank you for this exercise! My PT has been trying to help me isolate these muscles with another exercise. This exercise is much easier to do and helped me isolate the muscles.

It was the one thing I was missing! No pain first go lol 5 reps and the release of pressure was amazing. I'm loosing mobility in my neck and can't work my rotations anymore to help with the pressure. This will be my go to from now on. 😁 thank you for the content its been so helpful!

I had problems with c5c6 disk herination and chronic neck pains and spasms. Doing this exercise for few mins made it much better. Ill try this method for a while to see how it goes. Thanks,
One of my bad problems is that when i lean my head back, i feel very bad pain almost like bone to bone pain. Thats probably my neck muscles on the backside is tight and spasmed because they try to keep the head in the place. Basically doing the work for the neck flexors.

John 15:11-14 (KJV) These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.
This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
