But regrouped for one night with Bonzo Jnr. - Jason Bonham on the drums for the Tribute concert for Ahmet Ehrtegün in 2007at the O2 Arena in London. He was the Manager of Atlantic Records, Where Led Zeppelin was signed. Can be found on the Live Album "Celebration Day".
Will Quo continue after Rossi passes away? I think they will. But Andy Bown may lead them due to seniority and longevity and or one or both original members may return if they are still alive?. I cannot bear or ever understand why anyone does the top button of their shirt up. It freaks me out.. Totally unrequired to my way of thinking..
Francis knows that you need to move on, they never really were some kind of heavy rock blues band, yes they can play it but they can also play pop, country and old style rock and roll too, if they had carried on with the original band members they would have been finished years ago.
Its all down to the melodies and vocals....their early music was quite heavy but with nice melodies and clean vocals... imagine if bon scott was their singer and still then!

From 90s til today: Back to Boogie 2007: They were ask by Scooter to joined them on the Techno version of "Whatever You Want" as special guests. 2013: own Movie music. 2014 / 2016: Unplugged. Short: Despite the Experiments, They're rockin in anway in any day.

The new album backbone is a travesty and it's about time Rossi called it a day, might be new material but it's a pile of steaming shite, Quo are long gone all Mr Rossi is doing is drawing out a slow and painful death, The status quo of the seventies is best how to remember this once great band.

Rossi has strange mannerisms which can be annoying rather than funny and personally to me it just seems all wrong that he is sitting with someone else in the position of Rick and who appears to be trying to assume Ricks role and position. On so many levels this is all wrong. As someone else said in other comments here, why is the newest member of the Rossi Quo tribute cabaret act getting all the lime light and older members such as Rhino and Andy, who have been session musicians for longer, are not and have never really been put out to the front for publicity?

Well, here is mine: I bet you would have complained just as much if Rossi was sitting next to Rhino or Andy (who are in the band for 43 and 33 years now and you put them away as being just session musicians, what a laugh!). Ritchie Malone doesn't let a chance pass by to tell everyone that he is not trying to copy Rick Parfitt. Since Malone is part of the band now and played on and contributed to the upcoming album, he has every right to sit there and be interviewed.
Richie is not pretending anyting, he is Himself as he should be of course! Please don't go there bashing about the new guy, are you really so jeallous that he got the place instead of you..?
One, Andrew and John are not session musicians, they are members of the band, and they don't like doing interviews, also radio interviewers want to speak the chap that is filling the role that Rick had in the band, if you were listening they said that Rick had retired and brought Richie in himself, Rick retired because he couldn't play guitar properly anymore. It's not a tribute act it's status quo, because Francis owns the name, but he doesn't stop John coghlan going out with his version of Quo! Nobody whines about that, but if you really don't think this is Quo anymore then fine that's you're opinion, but I will say that in the last ten years Ricks only contribution was playing live, and not much in the studio. I personally will buy the new album to have a listen and see what they are coming up with.

also, Rick wrote a lot of big selling songs which led to his $$$ from royalties. Ritchie has the opportunity to do the same
