  • Francis and Tom sat at the Hard Rock Cafe in Munich and had a very funny chitchat. And "funny" we're talking F U N N Y.
Francis talks about his messed up retirement plans, new & exciting things on the SQ-Stage and of course about the wellbeing of Rick.

Love Francis Rossi- He is down to earth and his wit is quicker, sharper, and more fiery than most peoples. I don't think he let Rick down- He seems like a good guy. He's a working artist- that's all

This was a great interview. Usually Francis and Quo get crap interviewers who ask the same boring questions that every previous crap interviewer has asked... Here it's just like a relaxed chat, and he opens up so much more.

I remember that Mick Jagger comment. What Francis said about 18mths being a long time to a 19 yr old is forever. Yet Mick, and Status Quo are still going 50 odd years. Where's the time gone?

I understand the theory that if they cancelled or postponed the shows following Ricks illness, then they'd get sued, but when the Manchester bombings happened lots of people just cancelled shows left right & centre!!

You would think there would be some kind of clause in an insurance policy that if somebody's ill or there's been a bombing they wouldn't get sued. It would be better to watch a band that wants to play rather than has to because of being otherwise sued.

His going off tangent has gotten worse since this interview, to the point of being really annoying, but i guess its just in his nature. Sort of like Billy Connelly, without the humour.
