getting therapy was the BEST decision I have made!! Even on weeks where there isn't much going on, I like to think of it as maintaining my emotional health so I can learn the coping mechanisms and skills for when I am going through a more stressful period of my life

I don’t know if you’ve been, but you should visit San Diego, CA. It’s more of a laid back vibe than LA and it’s beautiful. The people are nice and it’s just awesome. I was there for 6 months and almost didn’t move back to the east coast lol. Also, new & lively places are honestly more fun when you’re 21+, so that’s another thought. But yes live and enjoy your life!

Visiting the US during the 4th of july is always fascinating. The fireworks are on a whole different level. We have something similar in Korea on the 15th of August.
Seasonal depression is a real thing. I get that too living in Boston. Some days I’m like ugh I wanna leave then I have days where I love being here.

Where did you get your bed sheets from
If your family is in Boston, it's going to be really hard for you to move to a completely different place where you have no family members. You may be able to live there for awhile, but it's going to slowly eat at you and you will want to live near your family again. I think that it's good that you want to move somewhere else, because it only strengthens the bond that you have with your family, cause when you take something away like that, you start to appreciate it more and more. The bond between your family and you is like a magnet, it's going to try and pull you guys back together again, and in most causes it will. Sometimes people can live apart from their family forever, if they didn't have a good relationship with them or something like that, but for most people, it's going to be really hard.

im born and raised in LA, i still live here and honestly I would not suggest moving here lmaoo i can imagine you living in nyc better. although there's like good beaches here and stuff, the lifestyle here ain't it. unless maybe if ur used to it. idk. i could go on and on about the other reasons haha. i have a lot of friends from nyc and they all prefer living there instead and just go here for vacays

DUDE IN LA OR NY IF YOUR THERE FOR 1 MONTH IT WILL GO BY SO FAST YOU WOULDN'T EVEN KNOW THE STREETS THERE ARE SO MANY DIFFERENT LITTLE TOWN AND PLACES YOU WOULD HAVE TO BE ROAMING THE STREETS AND ACTUALLY GOING OUT ALL THE TIME TO SEE EVERYTHING KNOW EVERYTHING IN ABOUT 3 TO 5 MONTHS EACH PLACE. I REMEMBER I WENT TO VEGAS FOR 2 WEEKS HAHAHA YEAH WE DID EVERYTHING BUT THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING OR KNOW YOU ACTUALLY NEED 3 TO 5 MONTHS TO EVEN AND THATS IF YOUR GOING OUT ALMOST EVERY DAY JUST ROAMING AND TRYING TO BE SO ACTIVE

Love I promise you that if you stop consuming caffeine, you will stop having episodes, I never had anxiety growing up even in my high school years but once I started drinking coffee every day I felt like there was a switch and I started having a panic attacks and anxiety attacks and I was just thinking why is this happening this has never happened before and the only thing that I changed was consuming coffee which I never did before I've been consuming coffee for about six years now. And I've been having these episodes for the last six years I just started cutting out coffee I will have a coffee once a week or even once every other week and my anxiety has calm down immensely. But these are only my observation with my body but I just wanted to let you know and give you a heads up because we all love you so much Emma and we just love I love your content and everything you stand for 😍🥰😘
