Not in ghost recon series,but his equipment looks like one of the Wolves from Ghost recon breakpoint, but it's black, definitely not bowdarks, since he doesn't have russian accent. I guess that the only logical explanation for Deimos is that he is either from organisation "Wonderland",which is trying to take over government all over the world or from organisation,which Team rainbow and Ghosts were fighting in operation "Amber Sky",but since R6 is going with our timeline and GRB is in 2025
"In my time..." Sounds like Deimos might be an older, legacy character. My first thought is Logan Keller from Vegas and Vegas 2 but it's more likely Ubisoft will introduce a completely new character and retcon him into the franchise.
I didn't like Harry as a leader - he was too soft for the setting. But I really liked him as a character. He was a very nice, soft spoken and insightful person, and a loyal family man. He was a great psychologist, confidant and friend to the team instead. I didn't even realize I appreciated his character until he died. So while I'm glad that R6S tone is shifting to a much more serious one, I'm sad to see Harry get killed like that in his own office that we've seen for so many years now. It was sad to see him feel his marriage ring one last time before speaking out - he knew this was it. At least he went out with a badass phrase. The only time he lost his cool was his last time. Feel bad for his wife and son who may find him like that. Wonder if there is gonna be a follow up to show which Ops made it out of the warehouse before the bomb detonated, if any at all escaped, would there be lore implications to the status of their lives, like did ash get far enough away, did thermite not make it out of this explosion like the last one he was in with aruni, was sledge even near enough the blast to be affected negatively ona physical level? did cav make it out? i know we see a couple bodies as they run get pushed by the bombs blast wave but they were a fair distance away at the time anyway so clearly its a powerful ass bomb but is there a chance those 2 made it? were those 2 even part of rainbow or were they the last lackeys of daemos trying to escape with their own lives intact? i got questions man!

Really wish they’d have real stakes and kill off actual ops. You could still use them in multiplayer as it could be all rainbow ops over time and most don’t even pay attention to lore. But this is a good start. I just have a feeling this badie is gonna die in a cut scene, so it’s like, “why do I care that much?”
