    * Behavioral change: Changing behavior is another way to improve health and well-being. It involves taking positive actions, such as eating healthy, exercising regularly and spending time with loved ones.
    The video also highlights the importance of persistence and patience. Positive changes don’t happen overnight. It takes time and effort. However, by being patient and patient, anyone can achieve their goal.
