I'm going to disagree with everybody else here: while I found this funny, it is *not* excellent acting. He doesn't make it a sentence, just a series of words with exclamation marks between each. Real sentences have a flow to them, even if you mix up the word order.
This film was not funny in my opinion. Director Mel Brooks was way past his prime by the 80s and 90s. Blazing Saddles (1974) this wasn't. Probably best enjoyed by anyone who hated Brooks' earlier works in the 70s.

I guess I'm an older generation then. Like I said, he was really in his prime back then. His golden period films stood the test of time and anyway, he used his original stock company of actors in those days. Most of whom were natural born comic talents (Gene Wilder, Madeline Kahn, Kenneth Mars, Cloris Leachman, Dom DeLuise, Marty Feldman etc) rather than actors trying to be funny. Hence the reason his films in the 80s and 90s didn't turn out so good.
