PLOT:Crusading nobleman Robin of Loxley (Cary Elwes) escapes from prison in Jerusalem and returns home to find that the evil Prince John (Richard Lewis) has confiscated his family estate and is abusing the citizenry. Robin enlists his blind attendant, Blinkin (Mark Blankfield), his friend Will Scarlett O'Hara (Matthew Porretta) and Little John (Eric Allan Kramer) to help regain his home. Robin also hopes to woo the beautiful Maid Marian (Amy Yasbeck), but her chastity belt may prove a challenge.

@@stewart_fisherWe call those lollies with the holes in them "life savers" in New Zealand, so the joke made sense in our country (they're named after those floatation devices that boats have on them). Except our lifesavers are fruit flavoured. I think the manufacturer in the US makes them in both mint and fruit flavoured varieties.

I love the guy who plays Robin, you see he is using the sword skills he learned in the Princess Bride and at times in the scene I can see Wesley character (‘As you wish’).

I know this a comedy version of Robin Hood which I still like this movie because it's hilarious and funny but I have one issue about the version of Maid Marian wearing a iron belt. I mean how on earth Maid Marian manage to have a toilet with that belt on and while still locked.
Most chastity belts had openings for being able to pee and poo but kept the.. main part closed.
I used to think about that too. Maybe like tooth floss to clean the poop out
Real chastity belts had ... holes for such things. Too small for sex, and often spiked to prevent the attempt.
