The thing that really bothers me so much about Kefla is she draws a card, is above rate on power with her ability and she is a 10k combo to boot. I feel like that is over tuned to me the most obvious change that feels the most appropriate is changing her combo power to 5 or 0 there are much weaker 4 costs with 0 combo or remove the draw, she would still be a really strong card with either of those imo
