Aromatic Cardamom🌾Freshly picked pods drying easy way,made more delicious spicy and sweet recipes

I was waiting for the message that cardamom has spread in Baby Akka's fort because I love Akka's fort so much. The Heen Dola road flowing through the beautiful Koratua, kissing the wave of mist, is a blessing to her crops.
I combed through the fog and landed in the fort from the corner of the fort, picked the raw cardamoms that had ripened to fill the bag and broke off a handful from the top of the leaf.

Because we don't drink powdered milk at home, I thought of making topi with it. I added Enasal powder to make it taste good. It tasted good but it crumbled a little when I cut the pieces. මං මීදුම පීරගෙන පින්න අස්සෙන්ම කොටුවට ගොඩවෙලා පැහිච්ච අමු එනසාල් ටික පන් මල්ල පිරෙන්න නෙලාගෙන උඩ ලියැද්දෙන් මිංචි කොළ මිටකුත් කඩාගත්තා.එනගමන් තේ කෑල්ලේ දොඩම් ගහෙන් ඉදුණු ගෙඩි දෙක තුනක් කඩාගත්තේ දවල් වෙනකොට එන ග්‍රීස්මෙට පංකාදු බීමක් කෙල්ලට කියලා හදාගෙන බොන්න.
එනසාල් ටිකේ නැටිටික කඩන්න කලින් පෝරණුවට ගින්දර දැම්මා.නැටිටික කඩලා හොදට හෝදලා වතුර බහින්න තියලා.අමු එනසාල් ගෙඩි ටිකක් ඉගුරු සුදුලූනූ එක්ඔක තලලා කුකුල් තටුටික රස්නේ පෝරණුවට දලා හැදුවා පණ්කාදු රස කෑමක් ඒ අතර කෙල්ල රස බීමක් හැදුවා.පුතා නම් රස කර කර කන ගමන් කිව්වේ ආයෙත් මේ විදිහට මස් හදන්න කියලා.
පොරණුවේ රස්නේ හොදටම අඩුවුනාට පස්සේ අමු එනසාල් තැටිවලට දාලා වහලා වරු තුනක් විතර මද රස්නෙන් වේලුවහම එනසාල් ටික කරදරයක් නැතුව වේලගන්න පුලුවන්.
මං වේලිච්ච එනසාල් ටික එකතු කරගෙන හොද එනසාල් ටික තෝරාගෙන හොරි හෙඩි ටිකේ ඇට අයින් කරගත්තා.ඇට ටික සීනී එක්ක කුඩුකරගෙන එනසාල් පවුඩර් හදාගත්තා.කවදාවත් හදලා නැති කෑමක් හදන්න හිතුවා.රට ඉදන් ආපු කුසුමේ නැන්දා අපිට ගොඩක් රට කෑම එවලා තිබුනා.කිරිපිටි,කුංකම ඇට ජාති චොකලට් ගොඩයි.අපේ ගෙදර පිටි කිරි බොන්නේ නැති නිසයි ඒවගෙන් ටොපි හදන්න හිතුවේ.එනසාල් කුඩු දාලා රසට ටොපි හැදුවා.අනේ රස හොදට තිබ්බත් කෑලි කපනකොට පොඩ්ඩක් කුඩු වුනා.ඊට ප්ස්සේ ඒ ටොපි වලට මොකද වුනේ බලන්න ඊලග කොටසින් එක්වෙමු.
