That turned out very cool , love the wrenches in the name. Great job and a great video, your creativity is amazing ! You do get what you pay for in tools ect that’s a good point , sometimes cheap is not worth it . Awsome job I look forward to the next video 👍👍
Talking about grinding disc and flap wheels ,I find once I burn the edge off the flap wheel down to the backer I turn the hand held grinder on and use the mandrel bench grinder to grind down the backing plate while it's spinning in your hand. The flap disc is smaller but it exposes the left over flap material closer to the center of the disc. Just a frugle tid bit if you like to try it Rachel. Nothing like a 5 pound bfh to make it happen. Nice sign Rachel.
Cool Rach.....walter makes good stuff 4 the most part although unless changed recently their steel grinding discs are so hard they dont grind well. Makita discs are way better especially the brown ones if you can find them case ya didnt know.Walter slightly convex discs with the dimples are great 4 aluminium. As are the discs you showed as second grind step. Then go to the brown purple then blue blending discs if smother is needed. Did the 10 mo. Course at Cariboo college in 76 think it was when welding wasnt a recognised trade. No girls that i knew back then in the trade that i knew anyway.Amassed enough dpw tickets courses and time to be one of the first to get A level. Lots of gratifiing creative projects over the yrs.Building another aluminum Boat now. Wishing u well in your endevores.
Great looking piece, hard worker you are, putting what's in the minds eye into form you do very well. BUT just two things I wish you would correct, one wear a face shield when using ZIP blades cause they do on occasion blow up or they will shatter and fragment and your pretty face will need stitches, second open boot tops is an invitation for burns if a slag ball or a hot piece of steel from zip cut drops down into your boot you will feel pain long after because you are always flexing right where the burn is, Horrible so I'll end by recommending wear your jeans over the tops of the boots, or lace up boots are best.
I just found your channel 3 min in the first video but you use your cutoffs to the bitter end I like you already . 😂😂😂 I'll forgive you follow the Milwaukie crowd ... hey no one is perfect ha ha

My discs don't usually last to the circle, because somehow I end up breaking them before they get that small 😋

Rachel, that’s cool. How did you bend the wrenches without discolouring them? Nicely done. Thanks for sharing.
I heated them with the torch,, and then after they were all welded in place I painted them with a silver paint and then clear coated :)
👍
👍😁
Bon Boulo 😆😆👍👍
How are you bending your numbers
who said a old dog cant learn. thanks i now how to bin steel rod . to round it .
I've seen so many people get fucked up from grinders.. using one without a guard and handle makes me cringe.
