Kicking off the upgraded and SUPER-SIZED Fire & Brimstone Australian BBQ Platter Challenge at Fire & Brimstone BBQ in the Hillside Hotel of Castle Hill, Sydney, Australia! Brave and hungry diners have only 45 minutes to finish a BBQ platter piled high with brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, a pile of chips, and 4 additional large sides of their choice (I went with coleslaw, potato salad, brisket baked beans, and mac n' cheese). Winners earn their $89 meal for free and a spot up on Fire & Brimstone BBQ's Wall of Fame! Was I able save enough room to try their famous Sticky Date Pudding?!

That is one over priced meal! 89.00 for one person! You get Mac and cheese, baked beans,Coleslaw,mashed potatoes, fries with Chicken and Pulled pork!!! Cost value at maybe 20.00 or 30.00 max And they want to charge 89.00!!! WTF?

The BarBQ looked dry especially the brisket, looks like that place doesn't know how to cook their meat right to make it eatable. when you have to drown it in sauce then its bad BarBQ.

I have been watching you for several years now and the way you put that food away is absolutely amazing. I can't even begin to describe the fact that I can't hold a candle to your eating abilities. I would however like to point out to you that the amount of diet cola that you drink is alarming. The Diet Coke contains aspertaine and I have learned through the years that through having to deal with my mother that it will really mess with your joints as you get older and it can also contribute to other health Problems. I am not trying to dictate to you what you should or should not do but, please consider cutting back on the diet cola because I would like to continue to watch you for years to come.
