why cant they make a shoulder lane so that parked vehicles can move outside of active road. This otherwise is effectively just 2 lane road. If you want to make bengaluru a 'international' silicon valley city, then make infrastructure like ONE, don't just do construction to aim at 'cut' , rather learn from past mistakes and improve, don't repeat it !!
