  • Check out my VC Andrews collection. I only recently started collecting her/him, but I have all the books I want to read. Do you like VC Andrews?

Great video Jason. I learned a few things about V.C. Andrews that I wasn't aware of. I remember my Mother really loved reading her books. And with those awesome covers you were sure to see them on the book racks at the stores because they always seem to catch your eye. I'm going to look into your new book. I saw some reviews on one of your books and they were all high ratings. Thank you -James

Great haul. I was obsessed with Andrews when I was a teen. My favorite was the Casteel series.

Thank you so much. Unfortunately I didn't read Andrews when I was younger, but I can't wait to dig into them now. What was your favorite book?

I hear the Casteel series is the best. I haven't read them all but so far I think Dark Angel is the best.

@@Sunnyvalereject24 My mother actually introduced me to her. She loaned me her copies when I was 15. She wouldn't let me read the Flowers in the Attic series though. She felt I was too young. I really enjoyed Dark Angel.

That's good to hear. Andrew Neiderman said that was one of the things keeping the legacy alive...that generations read VC Andrews. Mother's pass it down to daughter, etc. So Dark Angel is cool. Can't wait to read it.

@@VictoriaFultz844 That's cool. I've heard a lot of people say their mother introduced them to Andrews. It's neat that it has that kind of impression on a person to pass it down. And it's cool to have that to talk about with each other.

That's a lot of sad stuff from two great writers. I carry a lot of invisible scars so I don't like reading stories like these too often. Carson McCullers had health issues and wrote about disfigured and deformed characters. It's good that you are teaching. I bought your new book in May but fraud caused my card to be canceled and I had to order it again. I noticed somewhere you said you were working on a novel to be released in '22. I've been writing short poems as usual. Today I almost got up early enough to go to a poetry reading but didn't.

I know what you mean about carrying invisible scars. I can relate. While writing my first 2 books I was really trying to get it all out of my body. Pushing the darkness away as Anne Rice might say. I think maybe the novel will be out next year. I put it down for a while. And thanks so much for getting my book. That's really cool of you. Keep writing man. Stay strong.
