So let's do The MATHS! From the 9:40 tooltip: 5IC per Civ x 15 = 75 Modifiers: -50 %p +15%p +10%p =(-25%p) 75 x 0,75 = 56,25 -So far so good This is then multiplied by 1,8 for infrastructure = 101,25 This is then your normal output. Now! You add the 26,52 IC that you get from the Int.Mrkt and gives a final output of 127,77 IC exactly to the cent like the tooltip says! And that is then the 26% maximum boost to prod. Not bad!
I think lend lease is a better option for minor nations because if you don’t have civ to develop your economy you also don’t have civ to trade. So the international market is for big countries in my perspective. Sorry for any mistakes, English is no my language.
Love your channel, very informative, without beating around the bush, worth watching even for someone who has 1000+ hours in hoi4. Keep up the good work!
The number of the line second to bottom on your construction speed is the exact number of ICS contributed per tick from the economic surplus. The amount is limited by the max percentage and the infrastructure in the region. So building infrastructure first is more viable if you sell equipment.
I also would like to add, that as USA, the low level destroyers are virtually useless as Japan has Tora-Tora-Tora for the 1st year of war. The only thing that makes sense to me is subs; and those only to be used in the European-African theatre. By the time Tora drops, you are well into 42, which means you have upgraded your ships to the 40 models, if you are playing navy game. Surely we can find an exploit to dump at least the early destroyers and early subs, since USA can design a 36 sub 2 months after you start the game.
Hmm an exploit? How about this one, will it work------------------> USA, since it knows no war to at least 40, does NOT build rifles, and sells every cheap rifle it has. Uses excess capacity from not making rifles, to build everything else, while stockpiling what it receives for its rifles they already have on hand. They beeline for the Thompson, and then are outfitted with 2nd gen rifles rather quickly before war starts; depending of course how much boost the selling of 1st gen rifles are worth. Since they are also blessed with extra naval experience and production, they could do it with convoys also.
Thanks. Selling spare/old planes seems to be good. The market will buy them at the high price. I did try to "arbitrage" - buying cheap and selling the same stuff expensive to someone else, and it doesn't work. The sale boost to construction doesn't cover the Civs it cost to buy, and the AI seems never to sell cheap anyway. Hey ho. MMM
Thanks for checking that! I played a USA game last night where I deleted my army and sold everything at a high price, and kept selling guns until none bought them, the construction boost was insane from it
When I press the button to buy weapons, it says: To use the Weapon Market, you must have the No Slep Back DLC. How do I open the weapon purchase button called FOREIGN ARMS MARKET
I have all the DLC´s including the Arms against Tyranny, but i cant use/find the International Marketplace. The preset and templates of Arms against Tyranny work but the button/option for the International Marketplace is no where to be found. I use the version 1.13.7
So, just to understand: The market access is always a 2-way thing? As Germany, I cannot give market access to e.g. China unless I also HAVE market access to their goods? Correct?
Yes and no, if you have the spare equipment to sell, yes, or if you need to buy a small number of things to help get your army started. But you can't really rely on it
Is the international market worth it ?? someone needs to test the bonuses, and see whether you can refund the IC you spend in the market by having extra factories or not.
💹🤑💵Let me know what you guys think! Have you noticed an improvement since using this?
Great video bro. Easy explanation.
But I tell you this as your friend across the internet; the music is not doing you any favors on this one
@@arthursandomine5464 second that, music is a bit too loud. Otherwise great guide!

@@JesperAndersen yep that's right!
It would be nice to allocate equipment to the market as you would with lend lease
Like a % amount? Yeah I agree!
Awesome idea
just to confirm,
so you need the DLC in order to have this option, right?
@@nacho2998 Oui oui!
can you make a detailed tutorial video about puppets, collab governments etc. ??
