Before reboot why should we remove iso file, can you tell why it is like this?

how to go to superuser privileges? dnf update doesnt work on my setup
Run
sudo dnf update
$ su -
$ visudo
then scroll down were 'root' is written and then type you user name below it and copy the path.
this is for using the 'sudo' comand if you are a new user
