I recently tried installing Oracle Database 19c on Oracle Linux 9.4 and ran into several issues. However, when I switched to Oracle Linux 8.8, the installation process went much more smoothly, just like in the tutorial videos. It seems that Oracle 8.8 is more compatible for this setup.
