i actually listen to this almost every day while i work for 8 hours. its AWESOME and helps to keep me focused. :> thank you for uploading this, you ROCKKK~ i also love listening to the original RO OST and lots of older RPG soundtracks. really enjoy video game music and this album is really strong.
I played the game just after the global launch. It was just a grindfest, reminded me of those mobile games (with integrated bots). I believe they waited too long as R1... and market changed in the meantime. Maybe some private server x5 x10 can make it fun.
Still one of my most favorite games because of this OST. I have listened to this group of tracks in my car more hours than I can count. Best psytrance around! Also the main theme!!! Omg.... So good.
3rd Wave is SUCH a tremendously awesome song. It instantly sparked my interesst when i played the game the first time. even now, over 3 years later i still get goosebumps from it

I had wanted to like this game so much. From the art, the music, the class system...all of it seemed perfect and what I had hoped Ragnarok Online would evolve into. My turnoff was them paywalling basic game features. Literally couldn't even trade items I picked up with my wife without some nonsense VIP system or whatever just to unlock the ability to trade or use the market.
In one day of 2020, i couldn't sleep and the coronavirus was taking over. I go to youtube searching for a ost just for pass time and the uploader of the video had a pfp that caught my eye, was a character from this game and gameplays of it, i looked at the gameplay because of the artstyle seemed great in the thumbnail, and in the gameplay there was the soundtrack "3rd wave" and i was like, woah this soundtrack is awesome! Well, after this i was hearing the entire soundtrack day by day and i finished subscribing myself to imc games. And continued to hear the soundtracks of this game, that day was fucking awesome, i found a goldmine by accident and all of this because i couldn't sleep! I could say that my life changed that day, i would probably be hearing other things right now if it wasn't for that.
The best thing about this game as of this post: The art/graphics and the OST. Otherwise have fun -surviving the horror- playing. I'd still recommend taking a peek though, I mean, I'm having fun playing casually.
The graphics reminds me a lot of RO. TOS also has base level/job level system. Nothing else on it is like RO. Gameplay is totally different. TOS has the same gameplay as the most of those action rpg from mobiles.

This game seriously has one of the best soundtracks that isn't 100% fantasy based that i've ever heard. All of it is totally perfect for grinding mobs and farming for items! The RO vibe is still going strong :) Eldaran - Klaipeda - Cleric/Krivis/Sadhu/??
Zwag was listening to one of these and brought me good memories of this game. Had a hard time here searching for that one. It's the best music from the game...Triste. The main theme is the number 2.
Ah, soundTeMP... reminds me of my days in Granado Espada back in 2009. Listen to these GE OSTs: M.I.S.A. , Populus Alba, Zinnia, Urtica, Fantacy also from the same artists as TOS' OST.
Imho its fate was sealed on the West by being an Asian-style MMORPG. Western audiences don't tolerate the grind nearly as much as East Asian gamers. Iirc it's predecessor, RO, wasn't a booming success in the West either, despite still chugging along.
@@kazerniel might not have been a "booming success". but a success nevertheless. RO just went down in the west when they introduced the "Renewel" which basicly changed the game from its ground up. This didnt sit well with most of the players You could somehow compare it with current WoW althou not on such a big scale. Peoples still like WoW (excluded me) but they absolutly love WoW Vanilla.
to those who has lost their interest in any of the great MMO games, rmb, MMORPG is all about friends, guildmates. You lose your friends, you lose the fun. The contents in game should just be treated like challenges and adventures you go with your friends, it shouldn't be your aim goal
It is hard to believe this game is going to be f2p! This music easily tops most AAA titles bgm. I just wish the gameplay was as good. Edit: F for the legend that never was.

I like how around the 5th hour, the soundtrack goes full psytrance mode.
i really like that part of the OST, it transitions from like 3 different genres into psytrance and it's pretty amazing tbh

The OST and art in this game is amazing. The gameplay is so RO like, recommended for old RO players. Still on early stages, so bugs are there.

Imho its fate was sealed on the West by being an Asian-style MMORPG. Western audiences don't tolerate the grind nearly as much as East Asian gamers. Iirc it's predecessor, RO, wasn't a booming success in the West either, despite still chugging along.
@@kazerniel might not have been a "booming success". but a success nevertheless. RO just went down in the west when they introduced the "Renewel" which basicly changed the game from its ground up. This didnt sit well with most of the players
You could somehow compare it with current WoW althou not on such a big scale. Peoples still like WoW (excluded me) but they absolutly love WoW Vanilla.
to those who has lost their interest in any of the great MMO games, rmb, MMORPG is all about friends, guildmates. You lose your friends, you lose the fun. The contents in game should just be treated like challenges and adventures you go with your friends, it shouldn't be your aim goal

It is hard to believe this game is going to be f2p! This music easily tops most AAA titles bgm.
