God want me to hear this message God is always on times. i use some of these techniques i write down the scriptures i study and read it over and over again and say the scriptures out loud over and over again. Also ill put the scriptures on kitchen door so i can read the scriptures again It really helps me to remember. Also another idea can help you study create a chapter and scriptures game with family and friends everyone can take turns saying the chapters and scriptures. I don't know, but first technique is kind of a long process to me. My favorite method of studying the Bible is: reading with concordance and Septuagint, taking note from each verses and going through them again and again, meditating on the words of the passage. I like the card scripture writing idea. I used to keep a little note pad to write down scriptures in. In this digital age, I use my Colornote pad to jot down things like this. But I listen to my audio bible virtually every day so I'm constantly getting scripture inculcated. I like this video!

U Version the app started the process for me. I would pick out plan that I needed encouragement and /or better understanding, would read the devotion then the scriptures, that would lead me to the chapters.I give God the glory, I have read over 800 days in a row and numerous plan with a newly developed hunger for the word of God.
This is important especially when meditating and prayer to God. Just this morning I had to look up John 12:27 for a more detailed meaning and I gained an understanding of how Jesus was afraid of what he just predicted, but then realized he must pray over the REASON/PURPOSE of here on earth. That hit my soul this morning because I’m in a situation where I asked God to move into a certain area around a certain school even for good neighbors price range etc very detailed. Well of all the details I only received the date I wanted to move by, the number of bedrooms, and the price range😕really God has been my attitude last couple days, but then I keep saying it’s a reason for this and I know I’m not the boss of God but I was really crushed over this and really tempted to not move because now I’m confused over it all and I’m not familiar with the neighborhood😕
I am a visual and auditory learner and do well with pictures to understand complex concepts. I find that the childrens bible with illustrations makes the bible stories, so much easier for me to understand. Also, I use the KJV and many times the parables and language is difficult for me to understand, so I use a bible app and switch to the audio version NIV or NLT to make it easier, as I simultaneously listen and follow along. I even go to you tube for video explanations of each verse. I praise God for revealing all these ways to help studying His word. I have been reading the bible for years, out of obediance. Not getting the full experience, not understanding. Thank you Lord, for now I can have a closer and personal relationship with you during my worship and studying your word!!

The Bible and memorising it comes from asking the Holy Spirit. I remember some time back I had no clue and wondered how one could quote scriptures but there a times when u need to go through the fire 🔥 by the Holy Spirits help I can now quote over 20 - 25 scriptures amazing and still more coming 🤩
I have a King James Study Bible. So, I do love reading other Bible translations. I love reading topics also. I have gotten into Bible Studies. Example: I have The Battle of the Mind book by Joyce Meyer and there is a Bible study guide for that book. You read chapter 1 then you answer the questions in the Bible study guide. I have a couple of those.
