Hip to knee , another great thing to remember thanks
Askren fan, great teaching but the audio needs work.
Knee pull is a lot easier for kids to learn then HC.
I believe High Crotch shouldn't be used for self-defense as your opponent can easily elbow the back of your head/neck which is not allowed in MMA. Better to eat some uppercuts with head inside single.
