Unfortunately this video is coded as in Korean and the automatic translation is not available. But I will try to complement the information given in this video. I live in Buenos Aires since my birth and I have some studies of meteorology.
Spring is the windy season at Buenos Aires, October is the month of "Sudestadas". Sudestadas happen with a special configuration of high and low centres which produce several days of strong southeast wins bringing humid air from the sea. The temperatures get lower, it's more humid and rainy during 3 to 6 days usually. There can be two to three "sudestadas" in October, with some ocurring in other months but they may not happen in the summer and autumn months. The rest of the days may be sunny with nice temperatures which go higher with time. But this season is the best to see in the city because many avenues have different species of trees, and each month you may find different colours: in september you may find de Lapacho Rosado with pink flowers and still no leaves, in november you'll find the light violet of the Jacarandá, in December you'll see the yellow flowers of the Tipas. Then from January to March you may finde white and violet of the Palo Borracho ("drunk stick" because its trunk resembles an old wine bottle).
Summer has its hotter month in February, when in the city you may find up to 40°C due to the "island of heat" caused by all the cement of the buildings. At night the temperature should be below 23°C or here it is said that you won't sleep well. During the summer you may have some SW winds called "Pampero" because it arrives to the city from the plains called "Pampa". This wind may cause big storms with much rain and then there will be some "fresh" days with highs below 30° till the Sun heats again the air. In January all high class, law workers and professionals may take their summer holidays while commerce is to take the vacation in February. All AC generate condensation because cold air cannot keep the same water vapor than hot air, the excess vapor is condensed in water, and yes few AC have a correct water discharge, so you may find slippery sidewalks or some unexpected "rain" on your head. The latter is not so bad, as is only distilled water.
Autumn is the most "calm" season. There shouldn't be strong storms, and the temperature slowy descends as averages, but you may encounter some week warmer behind a colder week. It depens mainly of the entrance of a Pampero. You may use a pool as late as the end of March if no Pampero arrives and abruply lowers the temperatures. They won't be winter temperatures, but probably they won't go back to summer temperatures after a pampero. It is said that heaters are turned on May 1st and for May 25, a very patriotic day for Argentina like July 4th in USA, you take out the fur jackets.
Winter is made mainly of two types of days: cloudy, rainy days with may sudestada (windy and many days of mild rain) or humid without rains but with not so low temperatures, and then, after a Pampero which brings cold air, some sunny days, with dry air but very cold, with temperatures in the city as low as 0°C and even some degrees below zero in the metropolitan area around the city. If there is no sudestada that changes the cycle you may have a Pampero every 8 to 12 days, with three or four sunny days that slowly get cloudy and humid till the arrive of the next Pampero.
Pamperos, king of the winds in River Plate, can reach 100 knots (185Km/h; 111MpH) during its first gusts, but usually it ends in less than a day, becoming less stronger after some hours. Sometimes produces very big storms. We have registers of 200mm of rain in a few hours. The strongest rain is 324mm (12,8inches) in 24 hours in 1989. Normal pamperos are not so strong, but rain can be "pouring". Sudestada instead is not as strong but can be persistent, blowing from three to seven days continuosly with rain and strong winds.
The best consequence of so much winds at Buenos Aires is that the air is really clean.

Thanks, I've been wondering about number of cloudy days and rainfall in Dec to Febr tho. Since the average number of sun hours and sunny days are high - but so is the monthly average of rain!? So if that is true it would seem there are a few rainstorms instead with a lot of raining? Or? Can you explain? 🙏

I just discovered your channel and I enjoyed it thoroughly, I was born and raised in Houston so I know exactly what you're talking about when it comes to the weather and humidity. I grew up there as a child in the 1950s and we did not have air conditioning and I can remember many at night waking up and having to peel the sheets off of me because I was so sweaty. I currently live in San Antonio Texas I have two years and I'm looking for places that I might be interested in living in and I really like the sounds of Buenos Aires. I especially like the fact that the exchange rate is $130 to 1 US dollar I have also been considering the Philippines because they're exchange rate is 55 to one US dollar. Thank you for the great information and keep it coming

Argentina is better, you get the blue rate and it doubles your dollar. I'm in San Marcos, TX planning on moving down there and save some money.

We love cool weather, speak Spanish, and have lived abroad in different countries.
After hearing about the hot summer months we will likely eliminate BA from our list of possible retirement cities.
    Maybe Bariloche….
