Omg $550 for rent! Where do you live? I'm thinking to do a resident in Florida( to be more exact, in Orlando) and the rent for the cities around is so Expensive, principaly in Windermere, where i'm planing for live... I'm Brazilian guy and i'm learning english and training my english every day 😅 this is my dream, i will realize this Dream. Thanks for your answer since now.
550 for rent is really good.
Yas . I am really surprised definitely not NY 😂
That's because he lives in sharing, otherwise the rent there for single person goes to 1000$

Oh ! That's great
Doc, isn't it more advantageous for imgs since they don't have any student debt from college unlike the student studying there! So you should be able to save more right since we don't go there with a massive debt unlike them
Day 9 of asking - Can you make a video on first month in usa , i guess the expenses of first month would be more , like how you switched banks , got car and how u found apartment?
yes, i think so
Sir could you pls make a video on what is the highest paying residency.....including working hours and time duration....
I will be grateful
And sir your videos motivates me a lot....
Thank u so much
There no such thing... All residents regardless of specialty make about the same. Around 60k
Thank you Manik i was just looking for the expenses!
Great details
Dr manik please make a detailed video on 212e home residency , no one one talks about it , what to do after you have completed 2 year home residency? Do we apply for h1b visa then go back to usa or we'll automatically go ? We need a job offer ? Please make a video on it
Glad u made this video. Maybe another one in more detail such as moonlighting and what else we can do to make money as a resident.
U havent deducted the taxes and all
He is talking about post tax cut
Its So great!
Y do you need to pay for medical insurance!!!?
I thought residents get health care coverage always!!!!
Ummmm nothing is gree
This guy seems cute… I think the average person should probably consider whatever he has paid and double it.. that’s probably a little more like reality…$550 for rent??? What’s he living in a shoe box with 12 roommates…I’m sure eating clean means lentils and rice 7 days a week….$20 internet??? AOL dial up???
Food 286$ what do you exactly eat
Healthy foods there, costs too much.
@@Living_soul_bd I am saying it’s less of it’s monthly expenses then it should be more
How did u buy a car 🚗 during residency can u make a video on that please
Card cost very cheap in us you can used get bmw in 15k
550$ for rent? Where do you live?
Not in NYC 😂
I’m guessing a cardboard box or in a not so safe neighborhood
Likely hospital accommodation
what state are you in rn manik? thnx for the informative vedios🙏🏻❤️
Pennsylvania

Is there any opportunity of moon lighting for dermatologist ?

What exactly happens in residency , how is it different from PG and should you pay for doing residency??
it's the same. They pay you and you don't pay any tuition
Hey bro, i alsowant to be a doctor in US.. But i belong to middle class.. Is there anyother way like scholarships and etc.., which can help me to reach there?
Only cost you need is exam registration fee travel expense living cost and clerk charge
Residency is completly free infact they pay 60k a year during residency
Sid do all residents make that much money? Monthly
Yes
@@amannaikwade3118
What about salary after residency after tax
@@YASIR-zr7ot They still earn pretty much
@@amannaikwade3118
How much per month please
@@YASIR-zr7ot On an avg. 5000 before tax. & 4000 after tax. (on residency level)
What about the after tax deduction? Not including the time you spend to become a doctor and sit for steps and then work long hours…
He included tax deduction his pay is 5k
20 dollars for internet?
Amazing! You don't have any car loans?
what do you eat with 250$ only ????
🤣 half of the month he fasts
this 4250 dollars is from your job or job+youtube??
Also sir is there any way by which i could contact you.. I really need your guidance for step 1
Just to clarify $4250/month during your residency is post-tax?
After tax
@@harisamir1727
How about paid per month after residency after tax please
Sir can you afford a Lambo rn? Just curious to know😄❤️
haha not right now
May be after 2 3 year of proper doc service
Brother what pg course are you pursuing?
Where did you stay in starting of journey of your usmle exam without anyone knowing
I don't think u should be saving money during residency.
Why?
Thank i live in india
Make a video about how you plan on investing your savings, and the imgs who have to repay loans how can they earn extra on a j1 visa please.
“I eat clean?” 😂
😂 "no junk"
Sir how much you've earned in the beginning
Sir in which city do you live
Don’t you have to pay taxes?
Best Wishes for you brother❤
Which state rent is 550?
Where though?! 😂😂😂
I thought rent would be around 1k but it was good lol👍👍
550 is not normal.. avg in Ny to to share 1 bedroom is 1200-2000.. he should give more info where he stays..
Pennsylvania and he shares
Taxes??
He already made a video about his income and taxes.
In this video, it's his income after taxes
Do you live in the air ? Those numbers are not realistic at all .
There is just no fucking way this guy is paying 550 for a single. I looked up his LinkedIn and the cheapest apartments in his city for a single were starting at 800. The last time I was paying 500-600 for rent was when I was living in cheap ass run down houses in college with multiple roommates.
And 286 dollars for groceries? In this economy? This guy is spending 70 dollars a week on food? Not eating out at all? What does he survive on, 1500 calories a day and hospital food?
please make something that is helpful for students...like case scenario discussion...fascinating facts..and new rare cases you have discovered...and yea fuck with all your money...that's not everyone wants
You're a little sad hater😂
Why is bro jumping so much 😭
Wtf is this dude living for exactly ? Why you even trying to save as a resident….
I mean good for you. I am a resident too… But I can’t save 1/10 of yours bc I value life… and my time, and comfort lol
I’m just wondering what is the money for? Safety? From what? And for how long?
And if you’re sending it back home for family’s needs , totally understand
What about tax😂
That's after tax brdr
