Why academy didn't design there 1/48 Tomcat's centrebody to join the main fuselage like this is beyond me. Great job.

What is the clear blue stuff you used for the glass?
It's the blue film included in the canopy masking seal.

Can you tell me please, before the tamiya panel line accent color, how many layers of clear protection? I m afraid of damaging the main color with x20. And how long let you dry panel line accent color?
Coat once to twice. Strictly because the base paint is lacquer or acrylic, it is not well erased with enamel thinners.
Hi, Great Job on the model! Im currently building an exact same one and I'm having issues airbrushing with White color paint. I noticed you used a White Surface Primer instead of airbrushing, would this make life easier?
Cleaning the airbrush is very annoying.
It's convenient to use a white surfacer in small or invisible areas. 🙂

good you really know how to do with the airbrush ... the academy model is not too bad, did you have any difficulties in the construction?
This kit has no difficulties, but masking sheet is needed. Nowadays Academy’s new tool is very good especially 1/72. Check if it is new tool or just new box 🙂
@@MODELBOX1 It can be surprising how a new box with new decals can be deceiving, when the kit is actually an old mold from the 1908's or earlier.
Yhea, it is same box art 1988’s model but mold is new 2019. I don’t know why they use same box art. New mold has only pukin dogs decal yet. Academy’s 1/48 is still old mold.
