This was so entertaining. You two are lore legends.I often just spend time wandering around Kunark, admiring it. It would be something if there were lore books scattered around EQ like there are in Skyrim. I'm sure you two could write a few.

man... love that theory. Makes a ton of sense. Always thought that gorge was kinda outta place. I thought it fit to add mob levels and a zone entrance that had a level check. It has a key though so it wasn't something you'd stumble into. Fun theory.
I hope EQ3 takes all this lore, fleshes it out deeper, fills in gaps, and expands on it. I think the lore of the first few expansions and classic was awesome. I miss that, a lot. Thanks for the lore videos, all of them!

Just a small piece of feedback: I think for longer lore videos like this, chapter markers go a long way to making it a bit more digestable for multi-viewing sessions
Good points about the EQ video content from thar period being lost. I actually remember some semi-popular EQ flash animation creators whose work was lost back then.
Yeah man, Lerry knows what he is talking about. I started learning EQ lore threw you two 💯 it's good to see the EQ community build a community on TH-cam.

Always picture the Moses movie when I think of the Greenmist. Killing all the Shissar, leaving the Iksar alone, Egyptian themes.
@39:49 the sarnak battle shield has a dragon on it, much of their armor has motifs as well.
im pretty sure Mayong's was written from the start too. He is involved in Venril's curse, Tower of Frozen Shadow, and many other things early on.

Cool theory I wonder if the shissar had a PoP type thing going on where they raided all the planes before we got there
@23:24 how hard would it have been to put the cobra head, off the enchanter epic, on the the blood golem? so it would be a sshishar golem, an iksar golem, and a sarnak golem. if the sarnak were created by an iksar, the sarnak golems would be also? or by a sarnak wizard? the one? perhaps the iksar could not make iksar golems but learned how to make sarnak golems?
@23:51 does the cannibalize ii spell quest not speak of the grey ochre clay and the Army behemoth? in Torsis?

LOL, it is so funny how many kids call dying getting "oofed" now. Both my 6 and 8 year olds say this.
Thankful for my iksar shammy, it's given me my name 25 years strong my dudes, also the betrayal quest on 2 sucked xD but christopher Lee was the best thing about it
Larry's stream quality is extremely high - except for the continual firing of the production crew.
@11:52 the luclin lore and idea sounds fun, but the graphics ruined my game, and my computer would not run it. im sure it will be fun to explore on quarm but i will hate the graphics.
