As a HOBaO fan they’re underrated. Every model is top quality out the box, everything my guys doe with their arrma cars I do with my HOBaO 💪🏾💪🏾
Hobao always putting out some great stuff. Love to see this in a drift setup but with that carbon fiber chassis got to see some speed rips.

This R35 body has been around for years and looks great I got one back 2012 or 2013 I can't remeber it's a long time ago but nitro is better for me I love the sound and enjoy getting the right tune.
Are you in Florida? I use island hobby nut for just about everything I get , plot twist I’m in Australia. They still get me my stuff quicker than most shops around aus. Glad to see you back anyway dude. 👍🏼😜

I’m a great fan. Fact: Hobao once was Ofna been around for many years. Your going to have fun with the build. Springs not so stiff but I use 2000 Diff oil.
Hobao wasnt ofna. Hobao always Was Hobao. Ofna was a distributor who sold mostly hobao overseas but went insolvent sometime after 2010.

My vendetta will eat that up even with that running a 6s battery that thing is way to slow
But even going slow I'd rather have this than a vendetta, too much plastic!
Why ceramic bearings? They are high friction compared to steel bearings or carbide. Ceramic bearings are good for areas with lots of heat. Like the motor bearings or nitro engine. Lots of misinformation about ceramic bearings in the RC world. They create more friction than steel or carbide bearings. Just get a good brand like Boca Steel bearings and you will have a much smoother rig with less rolling friction.

The vte 2 is such a better car brother
I went my fastest with the carbon vte2 i was stuck @179mph with the i fraction gr swaped the electronics over to the vte and went 188.9!!
VTE2 is sick! But too easy to build up honestly. I appreciate a vehicle not 100% built like a limitless, this is a true 1/8 GT with tall towers and shocks. Makes me miss my old Typhon 6s GT back in 2016. The VTE2 with 2.6 diffs is a weapon for sure tho!
Bro those batteries are always sold out, I don’t understand why everyone under stocks like that. Light a fire under they’re asses, everyone looses money when that happens
