You were good to mention about the cold. People do not realize that Helsinki (which is almost at the very South of the ocuntry) is on the same latitude as Anchorage Alaska. Hi thank you for your comment,The winter is cold but can be exciting sometimes,I buy warm clothes, layer and wear good quality long winter jacket and shoes. I also take vitamin D in winter and multivitamins and plenty of water and tea. For skin I use Vaseline when I go for outdoor activities (I swear by it😂🙈) I have been buying very good moisturiser from the pharmacy that’s 70% fat to help me not get dry skin ,in my first year my skin got really dry but I think it’s better now.
