Lovely tractor and lovely story at the end too. Always enjoy your videos regardless of the topic to be honest. A bit like having a favourite uncle on TH-cam.
Tim, It’s great to see your new video. I love your stories and how you tell them. I’m turning 60 this year….You inspire me in many ways. Thank you for sharing!
So glad to see you're back!! That ol girl sounds NICE. We've all been there...I did the same with a tiller before. Love the tractor and looking forward to more!!
Tim, I’m so happy to see you posted a new video. I haven’t seen you post anything for a while. I was going to send you an email to see if everything was OK. Thanks for sharing this video, your friend, from Vermont. Moe
Ha Tim it is so good to see u I loved the joke are u still bee keeping hope u are doing well u look great, The tractor looks good, it sounded real nice my uncle had a ford it is still in the family and still runs to. at least it did no one uses it any more. hope u do some more videos again it was good to see u God Bless and have a wonderful day
I went through the same thing with starters on my TO-20. Tore the last bad one apart. The brushes would carbon up and quit contacting. They were made from some very hard material. I cleaned them and after a few starts, would do the same thing again. I bought the same starter you have now and had no more problems. The 1109457 is the only one to buy in my opinion. Has lasted well over a year now, and I use this tractor alot!
The fuel line to the carb comes off the top of the filter/fuel water separator, that's why there was still fuel in it although the tank was empty. Regarding the starter, I converted mine to 12v but I think the starter is a 6v, never had a problem with it. And thanks for the joke!
Hello I am up from Spencer, Indiana Still watching your videos. And enjoy every one of them. I thought I would send you some information if you watch Bundy Bears Shed on TH-cam you can learn a lot about your Fergeson 30. I know it was made before him and Massy got to gather. God Bless you and your Family
Good joke!! That Massey reminds me of why i decided that i didn't want a career in agriculture. When I was young about 12 years old i worked in the Florida orange groves for a cantankerous Irishman. I didn't mind the work and he paid me good,25 cents an hour. One morning he picked me up in his truck and said jackson, I am going to get you some help so we drove into a different part of town and picked up three men that were standing on the corner. We then drove to the orchard but he kept driving several miles past the orchard then pulled up to something that i had never seen before. It was a chicken ranch with thousand's of chickens in pens about as far as i could see. I and the old men just stared as we were told that our job was to shovel the chicken manure from under neath the pens into a trialer. The scoop shovel that i was using was bigger than me but I shoveled away amongst the stench of dying chickens, manure and a cloud of fly's. After a few hours I realized that those three old men had decided that this wasn't the kind of work that they wanted to do so they took off and got away from that stinky mess. Eventually the boss man drove up and just shook his head and told me to hurry up and finish the job. Up to that point that was the worst job that i had ever had. People these days don't understand what kind of hard work a kid was expected to do back in those days. As we hauled that load of chicken manure back to the orange grove I had no idea what i was in for. I was told by that drunkin Irishman that I would be spreading that manure using a machine that flung that messy stuff 30 feet into the air so in a very short time i was covered in chicken manure feathers, blood and flies. I haven't had much of an appetite for eating chicken since then. The worse thing is the next day the old Irishman accused me of breaking something on that old Massey Ferguson. Little did I know that wouldn't be the worst thing that would happen in working in that orange grove. on a different subject, How about some beekeeping wisdom from you/
Hey man, I recently got a 52 to30 and I can't find out where the hydrolic filter is located. Everyone tells me it's behind the PTO lever plate but there is no filter in there. In fact there ain't even room in there for a filter. Can you tell me where the hydrolic filter is located??? Please
Tool box, is not upside down. That is the way mine is. If your talking about the one on front of the gas tank? Unless mine has been upside down for the thirty some years I owned it.
Dear Mr. Walls Bee Man, You are not the first to ever be stymied by overlooking the obvious and simplest solution to a problem. I laugh WITH you, not AT you!
Mr Walls BeeMan, There is nothing 'Massey' in a Ferguson TO20 or TO30. They are pure Harry Ferguson...please. ps. I have a '53 TO30 which I just got running last week, after a three year hibernation at a previous owner ! This is my third fergie.
Before you even say it, I done the same thing. Sitting there for a week. Trying to figure out what I had done wrong with my rewind battery. Everything 12 V got power to the distributor set and are looking at the gas in the bowl. My friend Ivan looked over in the gas tank and said there was you could see gas in it. Anyway, long story shower.I put some more gas in it and she fired.Rather, everybody has been days.God bless you, you have a good year.Hopefully this year will be better than the last few we've had
We miss our walls bee man. Glad you are okay. Looking forward to seeing more bee videos.

I posted my TO30 on my bee site because I used it so much in the bee yards
I just went to the hive life conference and I see how it helps. I'm looking to get a flatbed truck for my bee yard.

1951-1954 after that they went to the 35 before the 30 they had the TO 20.
I have a 1951 TO 30 and I’m trying to get it fixed up this winter anyone have any good tips for me that would be very appreciated!
Qual é a cor original do to 30 e cinza ou vermelho
@@mauriciocedrooliveira7082The TO 30s were originally red. I had for 20 years with the same grey with red as this tractor.
A Harry Ferguson to be exact! Same Ferguson, but Massey or Harris had nothing to do with this tractor.
This is a Ferguson not a Massey Ferguson nor a Massey Harris
Hi sir
They sure do seem to run better with fuel in them. 😅
