For those who do not want to use dairy milk, I suggest using extra creamy oat milk. Oat milk tastes very similar to cows milk. Almond has a distinct flavor that changes the taste of most recipes. My husband and I use oat milk for everything now.

I made this last night and everyone loves it. I sautéed my onion and garlic, but roasted my zucchini, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms before adding. First time making a sauce using flower to thicken, it turned out really very good. This one is going into the recipe box. 😋

Looks good Sara! I made pappardelle last nite. I sauteed zucchini, onions, garlic in olive oil then added a can of diced tomatoes, 1tsp turmeric, garlic paste (in a tube) and some oregano, salt n pepper. It was really good. I didn't add cream or butter because I gotta keep my cholesterol n triglycerides numbers low. I did add some pasta water to it ♥️👍♥️
Sara I like to put a little bit of butter in my pappardelle salted water. Just makes it more slippery and adds a little bit of extra oommphf to the pasta. I love pappardelle I don't know what it is but I love it. Seems like the dish feels meatier or something I love that bite the noodles have.

Hi Sara, long time viewer. I love your channel and have made quite a few of your vegetarian recipes. The pasta for this was Pappardelle, which is traditionally a peasant pasta used in stews. I would LOVE to see your version of a vegetarian stew with pappardelle. Be age and take good care.

I used to add oil too but I heard from other cooking shows on here that the sauce doesn't stick as well if you add oil to your water. So now I just add salt. Stinks too because my noodles still stick lol
Love watching you cook, I've seen this video before I wasn't sure until I seen you cooking the veggies & you forgot the spinach then I remembered cuz I remembered all the people that kept saying what about that, you forgot it over & over again they said it! But this time it was 16 people saying how they loved you until someone finally said something! Lol you are so sweet. I do love to watch you. It's just something with that poor spinach that he just gets left out a lot, which I'm ok with cuz I only like it raw anyway! Lol God bless you Sara stay sweet & stay safe! 😘

If you live in Texas HEBs unsweeted almond milk won’t change the taste or anything and it’s just like reg milk
