    Hey, I can only speak from my past experience, but you won't fully recover if you really don't want to. You really need to understand how dangerous this disorder can be, and you need to understand when the disorder is taking over your brain. You need to find the real healthy you in this disordered mess of a brain. All this recovery plans won't really help if you don't want to recover, and I get it because most ed's are coping mechanisms and comfort zones. But life offers more than stressing about calories and exercising literally life out of you... If you struggle to find the motivation to recover, i can really recommend therapy. It helped me a lot to understand myself and why I was doing what I did.
    And please remember you are worth it and you are worth recovering. Keep it up. You can do it!

    Great video! Kind of weird how they’re telling you if your gaining and losing weight. Not knowing my weight since I started recovery has been super helpful. I know you’ll get better. Have a great day.

      i thought it was strange aswel, at the begining they said they would share numbers at such an early stage, but its like they forgot about that smh

    In anorexia recovery your metabolism speeds up and you will have to eat a large amount to gain weight. I am female and had to eat over 4000 calories a day with no exercise to gain the weight I needed to. It is very difficult to do. I think the nurse shouldn't put the time pressure on you, that adds more stress and in my opinion makes it more difficult.
