11:48 If Tyranitar uses Stone Edge, it increases from 100 to 150, and if it is a superefective, it becomed 300. 12:14 Repeats what I said, plus adds: a Terastallized Tyranitar using Stone Edge increases from 150 to 200 if that Tyranitar is Rock when terastallized.
So I have six different profiles on my Switch so that way I can keep playing the Pokémon games. I’m on the first profile and I’m playing Pokémon Violet. I’m in the post game so I’m doing classes at the academy to boost relationships with the faculty and get rewards such as Tera Shards. I’ve tried the math final a total of 4 times and failed! First I got 2 questions right, then 3, then 2 again, and attempt 4 was my worst as I only got 1 right. I didn’t want to look up what the correct answers are, but I think it’s the way the questions are worded that’s stumping me so much, and tbh I’m starting to get quite peeved. Math was never my strong suit in school IRL, especially geometry. Man I would end up crying on a daily basis during geometry because it was so confusing and so frustrating for me and I struggle with ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and Hypertension because I was born 3 months premature. Geometry was just so f’ing hard for me to comprehend and I got so overwhelmed that I’d just break down into tears. Thankfully these questions aren’t too tough, or at least they shouldn’t be, since Pokémon is aimed at a younger audience, but seriously the way these questions are worded is just so confounding that I’m just looking them up.
The Pokeball question isn't so much as a trick question, as it is misleading. It's more on how many one could afford, not to much on how many would you get.
When the dlc is out, can you do videos of the classes in Blueberry Academy? I also wonder if, since in the teaser it revealed that the player would return to Paldea, we will have new or the same classes from the original scarlet violet gane or new ones, and if we'll get to have a health class with Nurse Miriam
8:40 someone explain why the answer isn't quadruple? If you have a base attack of 100 and use swords dance once it increases your attack by 100% and 100% of 100 is 100 so you add that to your starting value and you get 200 which is double damage. Then you swords dance again and it's another 100% increase. But this time our attack is 200 because of the previous swords dance and 100% of 200 is 200 which means our attack should now be 400 which is quadruple damage not triple.
In pokemon, When you rase a stat it comes in 6 stages. 1 Stage is 1.5x, 2 is 2x, 3 is 2.5x, 4 is 3x. Thats why the answer is tripled and not quadrupled.
It's easier to think of raising a stat in Pokemon by a fraction of 2/2 Raise a stat by 1 stage = raise the numerator by 1 When you use swords dance, you add 2 stages to Atk, so 4/2 or 200% and doing it again would add 2 more you get 6/2 or 300% Lowering stats is similar but you raise the denominator by 1 instead So like Charm lowers Atk by 2 stages Making it 2/4 or 50% and using it again would be 2/6 or ~33%
Basically think of it this way each stage is a 50% boost of the INITIAL damege so 100+[(50%x4)*100]= =100+(200%*100) 100+200=300 3*100=300 so triple damage Basically 50%=50:100=0.5 and 200%=200:100=2
if you had an option to say how you feel about maths i bet you would have to answer i love maths to look cool note as soon as she had trick answer i left and went to dendras class
Holy shit this actually useful in the Pokemon world what the hell why can't math in the real world be this effective
Because school was made to turn children into officeboys.

That pokeboll question hit me like a truck 🛻 god damit woman 😂 mathematically is exact and precis she be like 11 😂
Damn, Pokémon really throwing shade on how bad American public schools are bad at math.
That’s because schools use an outdated system.

I cant lie that was a fun class. I finally learnt about all the stat increases, stab, ect. I feel smart🤣🤣

I thank and Annoyed, that I even have to be here again. Classroom progression got reset.
Tip if the type that your weak to is weak to another type you strong against the type your weakness is weak to
I played on Violet and the loading part took triple as long!

I feel bad for every kid who got trolled
Even in video games i have to result to cheating on my math test.
These comments aren’t Pokémon they’re math

It would be triple because it’s +100% not times
Basically think of it this way each stage is a 50% boost of the INITIAL damege so
100+[(50%x4)*100]=
=100+(200%*100)
100+200=300
3*100=300 so triple damage
Basically 50%=50:100=0.5 and 200%=200:100=2
@o shouldn't the answer be double damage? Because the question was how much more damage will it deal: 3-1 = 2.
Nah bro I ain’t buy no goddamn Pokémon game to do maths class💀💀💀 only in Ohio bruh
if you had an option to say how you feel about maths i bet you would have to answer i love maths to look cool
note as soon as she had trick answer i left and went to dendras class
i did not see her say in my game
Can someone put the answers in the description
I CANT EVEN DO MATH CLASS
Thanks dad
