Wraith Stealth Cooler is for people doing powerpoint. If you want to do video editing or overclocking you need a better cooler. The 3600 is a hot box but for $35 you can get a much better cooler. The Wraith Stealth Cooler works great on the 3100 even overclocked

The d3h ud boards in gigabyte are not usually recommended for any cpu above the 3600x as they have cheaper vrms with no heatsink. The aorus boards in gigabyte are much better but its costly if you wanna pair it with a ryzen 5. Get something into the msi tomahawk, pro carbon or asus prime boards. The power delivery on these boards are quite good.

If you use the AMD paste and run Cinebench a few times you will see why (90c) I did not try new paste I replaced it with a Cooler Master 212 and the hi temp to 65c
