    Dear ayush..
    I am struggling in one pueumatic based pressing system...we have used two load cells in one double guided cylinder to check the two different part pressing load...but due to some miss alignment one load cell not taking the load some time... please suggest how to rectify this issue

      Hi sir, It would be better, if you could Email some pictures or video. it might be possible the part which to be press, having different height.. in that case spring loaded mechanism can work.. but cant say anything without seeing actual picture. please email.

    I have a project that includes the same concept but hte ball screw exist and I must choose a coupling and a servomotor . it is the same linear actuator but the mass is about 1,5 kg

    Do you recommend a book that explains all this in detail

    • @mastermechanicaldesign
      @mastermechanicaldesign  หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are manufacturer catalogues. Like Hiwin, THK, Misumi. I have not found any particular book for this topic,

      @@mastermechanicaldesign this is then an excellent opportunity for you to write an ebook on this topic. I'll buy it immediately.

    Sir can we use chuck nut in place of circlip here at extreme end side

    • @mastermechanicaldesign
      @mastermechanicaldesign  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Gangwar, yes, we can use chuck nut instead of circlip, but this will not add performance improvement in general circumstances.
      moreover, making external thread on ball screw of size like M25 cost much then the simple circlip cut.
      no worry about circlip life, Use correct size of circlip. you will get enough life.

    One question. why did you selected the locknut of size M25*1,5? Is there any reason behind this?

    • @mastermechanicaldesign
      @mastermechanicaldesign  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This is a standard lock nut. M25X1.5 as per our shaft size in this project

    Backlash will be the free movement between coupling...this will create a lack in motion transfer by the motor shaft to ball screw shaft..🙄
