Supposedly the PL want to add an extra layer where if you overspend by a relatively small amount you can pay a fine, but if you hugely overspend you can still be subject to a points deduction. So long story short we might be able to overspend a little bit, but it mightn't be worth it, and we still won't be able to spend what we like and just pay a fine. This of course is assuming that the Telegraph's reporting is accurate in regards to the PL's intentions.

Dan always gives 100% for us, but if he's not playing well he shouldn't be beyond dropping out the team just because Eddie likes him. That is why people were criticising. Not because he had poor games, but because there was no consequence for those poor performances. Favouritism can make you resent players.
